Ordered 2 items - Never Again Ordered 2 items. One was fine and the other was not as per the description / image. We ordered a white basin which was not white - it was more of a cream colour. No problem, we asked to return the item using the 30 days returns policy. Unlike many / most of their other competitors however, with Zure you have to pay for the shipping yourself which, at least in isolation, is probably acceptable / understandable. However, they then charge you a 20% restocking fee. While this in itself was enough to never use Zure again - there is also no refund provided after this gouge - only a store credit. Look elsewhere people - there are far better options available at similar costs and with better service. I will never use Zure again.

Great LED mirror & service Great LED mirror. Also great service - they delivered the wrong mirror initially, then when I contacted them they immediately responded to advise they would pick up the incorrect mirror and replace with the correct one. This was done within a week. Brilliant.

Arched Shavers Cabinet | Mirror 10/10 I purchased an arched shavers cabinet and was unsure about the online process. The product was even grander when received than what was photographed on the site. It was shipped to my address in regional Victoria and came securely packaged with no bumps, scratches or cracks. Not to mention the price was extremely competitive compared to other suppliers. 10/10!

Mixed emotions Amazing communication and replacement of damaged items, however we had ordered four pieces from Zure, and 3 showed up damaged, and then in total I think it took another 4 goes to receive items not damaged or faulty. I think it comes down to the couriers they use.

Fantastic service! Fantastic service. I had trouble entering my discount code but called them up straight away and they gave me the discount as a refund. Also had problems with delivery (different company) and Zure were very helpful in getting some compensation for me. Helpful and friendly service by Australian employees. Easy to call over the phone and they always get back to you.
