Very poor communication I tried to cancel transaction and had no luck. I sent them an email five minutes after purchase and they never responded back. They processed the order and shipped very quickly, and the order was correct. They just did not follow THEIR cancelation policy.

My order shipped quickly and I feel… My order shipped quickly and I feel like they had the best prices for what I wanted (paddle board). I was hesitant to order at first because it seemed too good to be real, but after researching the site, it seemed legit and was!

It was a very good price It was a very good price. However, my order was on hold for a whole day which was perplexing. Shipping was much slower than other online shopping places, but acceptable. Order arrived from a different company. Not sure how the two are connected and I found nothing on the website that said they were which was also perplexing.

So, 5 stars from me! Only thing I found myself wondering was whether a warranty would be honored, if they were an authorized reseller or not. Don't know the answer to that, but I kept trying to find the catch.
