Fast delivery, great service Item arrived quickly and was new, perfect. Wasn’t sure what to expect since I hadn’t heard of Citywideshop before but great experience, would buy again.

I purchased 2 fire pits $250 each I purchased 2 fire pits $250 each. One showed up damaged. And the customer service ghosted me after trying to offer me a $50.00 dollar credit. Instead providing return instructions and making it right. I asked for a return shipping label/email. More than once and still no reply

Terrible communication - NO RETURNS Terrible communication. Have been trying for a week to get a response about an exchange. Ended up purchasing replacement for faulty item elsewhere and still waiting for response on how to claim my return. Website has no phone number, and claims 24 hour response time. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. There’s no way to return an item without emailing them, and they do not reply. So frustrating, will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Excellent pricing and super fast delivery Never used Ciywideshop before but was led there by a Google search for the product I was looking for. Was a little skeptical when I saw their price but took a chance anyway. Boy was I PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I got immediate and frequent communication, and the speakers arrived in about 3DAYS! Fantastic price, surprisingly quick shipping, and great delivery. Will definitely search them out again when looking to purchase other similar items. Highly recommend!!!
