Where as the manufacturer of something I bought wouldn’t honor their warrantee citywide stepped up to the plate and honored it for them! Wow! What an amazing ethical helpful company! I’ll be buying everything I need from them! You got a Customer for life in me citywide!

GBI would give this a 5 star if the round… I would give this a 5 star if the round table was delivered and not a rectangle table. Waiting on resolution, will update rating when correct item is received. Edit: giving them a 5 star only because they were willing to resolve the issue. Had to keep the table because father took it out the box and got rid of the box- not the fault of the seller. Had to settle for the rectangle table. Lesson learned. Mistakes will always happen in any industry. Good luck to all.

GBIt was a very good price It was a very good price. However, my order was on hold for a whole day which was perplexing. Shipping was much slower than other online shopping places, but acceptable. Order arrived from a different company. Not sure how the two are connected and I found nothing on the website that said they were which was also perplexing.

GBZero customer service - no response and still waiting I ordered a monitor on Sunday. Realized around 30 min later I didn't it and started trying to cancel my order. I've emailed them several times. I've used their website support form. Tried to Facebook them. There is no phone number to call. Even though the website says they'll reply within 12-24 hours it's now end of day Wednesday and I've gotten zero response. Their policy says that you can cancel before the order gets "processed" but if no one responds to you how exactly does that get accomplished? The monitor has now arrived so now I'll need to figure out how to get them to authorize a return but again, how do you do that if they won't reply to you.

GBTerrible communication - NO RETURNS Terrible communication. Have been trying for a week to get a response about an exchange. Ended up purchasing replacement for faulty item elsewhere and still waiting for response on how to claim my return. Website has no phone number, and claims 24 hour response time. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. There’s no way to return an item without emailing them, and they do not reply. So frustrating, will NEVER buy anything from them again.
