Instead providing return instructions and making it right. I asked for a return shipping label/email. More than once and still no reply

Great price, product and arrival time The price for the item i purchased was Awesome.. compared to other websites. I received the item on the 5th day after ordering it which was again Great!!! Honestly I didn't expect it to be here that early because of this pandemic still going on. After opening the box it came in and inspecting everything, I had all pieces, all in good condition and not missing anything. Once i put the item together which didn't take long I noticed how very strong and sturdy the item was. I am very happy and well pleased with the service and item I purchased on this website.
