GBI've tried to UPDATE a review I've tried to UPDATE a review, but I cannot without having a smartphone to "verify" me. SO... a NEW review. I did receive the entire coffee brewer set that I ordered (the first one came without the filter basket). Customer Service Rep. Sue was great to ensure that I was satisfied. I AM NOW!! The full pitcher set came not too long after my original order and when I filed a complaint. It was packaged much more securely with lots of bubble wrap. Thank you for the good customer service!

GBUntilGone.com a reliable source UntilGone.com has proven to be a reliable source of discounted merchandise over many purchases. This particular order was for XL t-shirts which turned out to be a much smaller fit. I notified customer service who gave a quick response and was able to arrange a hassle-free return. I would give 5 stars but the customer has to pay the return postage, which was stated on the original order page.

GBWhat’s important to know is that you can trust Trustpilot. I have been using UntilGone a few years now. I don’t have any reason so far not to trust, Trustpilot. I also, if I can remember, have not returned any products so far.
