I did receive the entire coffee brewer set that I ordered (the first one came without the filter basket). Customer Service Rep. Sue was great to ensure that I was satisfied. I AM NOW!! The full pitcher set came not too long after my original order and when I filed a complaint. It was packaged much more securely with lots of bubble wrap. Thank you for the good customer service!

Good Company I have shopped here for quite sometime. Everything I have bought has been good quality and arrive pretty soon. One exception, just bought an engraved pen and it came without a box, had planned on giving it as a gift.

Not the worst "hot deal" website I've seen One should definitely look critically at any item, whether it's "markdown" price is really markdown. The item I received seems to be as described and the price I paid was a little less than I'd expect to get it elsewhere, but I didn't feel it was as good a deal as posted on their site, percentage wise. That said, I feel this is a good resource to shop for actual deals.

Quick, accurate fulfillment Though my two items were shipped separately, I received them in a timely manner. The items were as represented and the actual packing was secure. Very pleased.

What’s important to know is that you can trust Trustpilot. I have been using UntilGone a few years now. I don’t have any reason so far not to trust, Trustpilot. I also, if I can remember, have not returned any products so far.
