I've tried to UPDATE a review I've tried to UPDATE a review, but I cannot without having a smartphone to "verify" me. SO... a NEW review. I did receive the entire coffee brewer set that I ordered (the first one came without the filter basket). Customer Service Rep. Sue was great to ensure that I was satisfied. I AM NOW!! The full pitcher set came not too long after my original order and when I filed a complaint. It was packaged much more securely with lots of bubble wrap. Thank you for the good customer service!

I had a problem with an order I had a problem with an order. When I contacted UntilGone, it was immediately addressed. They had a delay with the shipper and refunded my money rather than wait for the shipper.

Buyer Beware- Return Policy Ridiculous Recently bought an EZ cane for my 86 year old mother. Poorly designed and could not be used. I tried to return it and explained the handle does not stay attached and it is a SAFETY hazard. Return was deemed buyers remorse and I would have had to pay shipping. Ridiculous return policy for a bad product.
