Got just what I ordered I've ordered twice from this company and have not been disappointed with the items or the shipping and delivery time.

This is my first time not being happy with my order. Thank You. I contacted them and they are working on sending me the cushion stopper I need.

The only thing I don’t like is having to see the adult toys advertised on some emails. I’ve asked to not see them but they said they cannot remove those.

I did receive the entire coffee brewer set that I ordered (the first one came without the filter basket). Customer Service Rep. Sue was great to ensure that I was satisfied. I AM NOW!! The full pitcher set came not too long after my original order and when I filed a complaint. It was packaged much more securely with lots of bubble wrap. Thank you for the good customer service!
