This particular order was for XL t-shirts which turned out to be a much smaller fit. I notified customer service who gave a quick response and was able to arrange a hassle-free return. I would give 5 stars but the customer has to pay the return postage, which was stated on the original order page.

Not the worst "hot deal" website I've seen One should definitely look critically at any item, whether it's "markdown" price is really markdown. The item I received seems to be as described and the price I paid was a little less than I'd expect to get it elsewhere, but I didn't feel it was as good a deal as posted on their site, percentage wise. That said, I feel this is a good resource to shop for actual deals.

I did receive the entire coffee brewer set that I ordered (the first one came without the filter basket). Customer Service Rep. Sue was great to ensure that I was satisfied. I AM NOW!! The full pitcher set came not too long after my original order and when I filed a complaint. It was packaged much more securely with lots of bubble wrap. Thank you for the good customer service!
