GBI had a problem with an order I had a problem with an order. When I contacted UntilGone, it was immediately addressed. They had a delay with the shipper and refunded my money rather than wait for the shipper.

GBBuyer Beware- Return Policy Ridiculous Recently bought an EZ cane for my 86 year old mother. Poorly designed and could not be used. I tried to return it and explained the handle does not stay attached and it is a SAFETY hazard. Return was deemed buyers remorse and I would have had to pay shipping. Ridiculous return policy for a bad product.
