GBEstimates are crap. Looking to replace a shower/tub combo. Estimates provided by modernize for the highest range topped at 6.8k. Amazingly, all of the contractors that contacted me through modernize basically laughed at that price at wanted at least double, for a BASIC shower/tub replacement. What a waste of time and now I have contractors calling me non-stop for business that I can’t afford.

GBA cost review is useless A cost review is advertised for American Standard AC units. Having put in the desired unit size,etc the program provided an estimate from lowest to highest cost Useless!

GBGreat experience Their calculator was very helpful in understanding the cost of my home renovation. The manner in which the vendors reached out was also helpful for a person who doesn't want to be called every hour, on the hour. Will definitely use this site again for my next project.
