Wrong item received. I bought two of the same skirts, one skirt came as described/pictured but the second skirt was a completely different skirt all together. I've followed their customer support links for submitting a return, but still have not heard back from anyone besides their automated reply email.

Stellar customer service I expressed a concern by email and the customer service department was very responsive, helpful and offered a more than satisfactory solution to my concern.

Trustful site It was my first time ordering something. Shipping was fast.

Sent wrong size, but was refunded my money! I ordered 2-20” necklace chains and I was sent 4-16” chains instead. Offered to return them in exchange for the correct ones, but the seller was not able to fulfill that order. I was refunded the money I paid for the 2-20” necklaces.

Scam company will take your order and… Scam company will take your order and give you a tracking number for a box they never ship. " Label created" will be the only update. EDIT: and their "sorry for the delay" reply is a lie because THEY CANCELED THE ORDER.
