GBBuyer Beware I bought an ultrasonic cleaner that started breaking within a few months. I contacted the company and they say they only warrant their $90 cleaner for 60 days. A cleaner that expensive should last at least a year without these types of problems. I was told a manager would contact me within 24 hours. It's been 5 days and I have heard nothing. Horrible customer service. And I notice my review does not show up on their website.

GBLousy customer service Lousy customer service. They literally DO NOT RESPOND any emails.They charged wrong amount and there is no way to contact them. I am very disappointed since the product itself is ok and I would continue use it, but now I better cancel the subscription. UPDATE: They finally responded and made a refund. Customer service should be improved, overall good experience.

GBI recommend Remi I recommend Remi. They had been so good in following up with their customers including support. The price is reasonable and I recommend getting the membership option. Don't settle for less. Settle for Remi!

GBExcellent experience with Remi Excellent experience from start to finish with Remi. They provide feedback on your first set of impressions which helped guide me to getting the second set of impressions correct. Received my first set of night guards in less than two weeks. I immediately experienced less jaw pain and headaches after I started using my night guards. Would highly recommend.

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful, start to finish. Terrible communication, multiple defective products, waited 3 weeks to have a video appointment with an 'expert', still didnt work. The entire process would have been 1/20th of the time and hassle to just get through the dentist. Do not recommend in the strongest possible terms.
