GBI would NOT recommend Remi I would NOT recommend Remi. Their team has consistently disappointed me. They needed to get three sets of impressions even when I did one with their team on zoom. Their customer support has consistently not followed up and they tried to get me to get to bottom trays instead of a set knowing I needed retainers. It has been about 2 months and I still do not have a set

GBNOT WORTH IT...they have my money and I have NO retainers We received the impression kit and made two sets of each after watching the video (I have made impressions for other services and this one is the most error prone and finicky I've even done!). They make you take photos of the impressions for them to OK before sending. After they said they didn't think they were going to work, I asked for another impression kit so we could make more since that's what they said they needed. Its been almost a month since I asked for the kit and still it has not been sent. You pay up front so...they have my money ($170), and I don't have retainers, and I have no recourse. Ive contacted them over 5 times now asking for an update and have gotten the run around every time (all via email...its slow and not the most direct route to communicate!). Its taken way too long and required too much follow up to be worth it. I have asked to cancel and get a refund but no response both times. I should have just gone to my dentist and saved myself the hassle.

GBI don't like to leave negative reviews I don't like to leave negative reviews. Like another review I read, I root for companies (esp. small companies) that have an innovative business model and offer a good product. But not this one. I like the night guard, but I am very disappointed in my recent experience. I found Remi via a web-search that offered me a "lifetime rate" of $49 for agreeing to their subscription business model. The site specifically said that I would be "locked in" at this rate, and that I should hurry up to "lock in" the price before it increased again. I assumed that was a marketing ploy, but still signed up for the subscription plan. Just afterwards, the website showed my price increased to $59. When I contacted them, the confirmed that my price would be $49 - despite the site still saying $59 months later. In March 2024, they raised the price to $89. The increase was not mentioned until the end of a very long "aren't we great?" marketing email. I emailed customer service to see what happened to my lifetime $49 price. I got an email back with a lot of canned marketing language that essentially said "sorry, not sorry." They offered me a discounted rate (still above my lifetime rate). After some back and forth, I declined and instructed them to terminate my subscription. Despite the website saying that you can cancel at any time, it took several emails in which they tried pressuring me to continue (somewhat deceptively, I might add) but they finally confirmed my cancellation.

GBBuyer Beware I bought an ultrasonic cleaner that started breaking within a few months. I contacted the company and they say they only warrant their $90 cleaner for 60 days. A cleaner that expensive should last at least a year without these types of problems. I was told a manager would contact me within 24 hours. It's been 5 days and I have heard nothing. Horrible customer service. And I notice my review does not show up on their website.

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful, start to finish. Terrible communication, multiple defective products, waited 3 weeks to have a video appointment with an 'expert', still didnt work. The entire process would have been 1/20th of the time and hassle to just get through the dentist. Do not recommend in the strongest possible terms.
