GBSKETCHY I had a subscription with them to receive new guards every 6 months. They were always at least a month late & they’d take about a week to respond to my emails. The guards wore out very quickly too. I shudder to think how much microplastic Ive ingested from these things. When I decided to cancel my subscription, I explicitly told them to discard my dental imprints - I didn’t feel comfortable with them keeping those on file. They blatantly ignored my request. So now this sketchy unreliable business is refusing to let go of them.

GBIf there was an ability to give no… If there was an ability to give no stars I would. They rejected the two Impressions I made, said they were seeking approval to send another kit (I had already paid them). Never sent another kit. Advised they were going to renew me and make new guards (even though they had no good impressions) and charged me again after I sent 10 emails and “left 5 messages” Horrible customer service.

GBYou won't be disappointed You won't be disappointed! This night guard is the exact one I used to order from my dentist for like $350! I love Remi, they are the best and I am so glad I discovered them! Customer support is great if you have any questions!

GBI recommend Remi I recommend Remi. They had been so good in following up with their customers including support. The price is reasonable and I recommend getting the membership option. Don't settle for less. Settle for Remi!

GBI would NOT recommend Remi I would NOT recommend Remi. Their team has consistently disappointed me. They needed to get three sets of impressions even when I did one with their team on zoom. Their customer support has consistently not followed up and they tried to get me to get to bottom trays instead of a set knowing I needed retainers. It has been about 2 months and I still do not have a set
