So you will pay 100+ shipping fee for a 10-dollar cloth. Also, there will be back and forth emails before they agree the return. No customer service but an email communication only. Basically you can communicate with them once a day. send an email -> wait for 12+ hours -> receive a reply -> send another email -> wait for 12+ hours ... There will be no straightforward communication. You request refund -> they will say sorry and persuade you to not return -> if you insist -> they will say sorry, they can only do store credit

Terrible experience… the website states… Terrible experience… the website states the company is out of Indiana. I understand as a consumer I should not believe everything I see, but they shouldn’t be allowed to false advertise. When contacting about return policy I got the run around. When mentioning location of business I was told if you follow tracking it says it is coming from china. While that is true, you don’t get tracking information until after shipping. Dress was ugly on arrival. Don’t buy from this company.

Such a waste of money Tried to find a valentines dress and i order this cute silk dress from sthcute, when it came which it took about two weeks even with the “fastest” shipping that i paid extra for, it looked different then the pictures and it was way too big. I was very upset with my order and emailed sthcute, they responded and told me that the employees were on break from the 1st of february to the 12th… what?? So i emailed yesterday because i want my money back and they explained that with the returns you get no refund back.. seriously? f this company

The clothing is of commendable quality and offered at very reasonable prices. I haven't encountered any dissatisfaction, and out of the over 10 clothing pieces I've ordered, there hasn't been a need for any returns. STHCUTE comes highly recommended.

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for a dance - when it became clear that it had not been sent with enough time to arrive before the event, I tried to cancel the order. The company sent it anyway (with a promise of a $20 credit which I didn't get). I eventually get your order (it took over a month for it to be sent!) and it was no longer needed so I returned it. It cost $30 of my own money to mail the package back to China where it is still sitting in customs a month later...I don't know if I will ever get my remaining refund. (dress was $67, postage cost $30 so I am hoping for some compensation). This company is not like Shein - you will not get good service. Stay away and order somewhere else. It's not worth the risk.
