GBFraudulent business that refuses to cancel your order. Impossible to cancel. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same dress. I wanted to cancel just 2 minutes after placing my order but there is no automated way to cancel a charge on the website. I used their "live chat" on their website. I even tried emailing them with the email specified on their website. I used the email PayPal recommended contacting for cancellation. I even tried calling their number which was an international number. They only responded to me once the order shipped. And I don't believe it is a coincidence that out of the 3 orders I placed, only the one I requested to cancel is the one that shipped. I said in the email: "Please cancel my order SC00037254 and issue my refund". And they responded with: "Which dress do you want to order? Do you need us help to swap the dress for your order?" My instructions were clear. I asked to cancel and they refused. They knew what they were doing and purposefully did not want to cancel the order

GBSuch a waste of money Tried to find a valentines dress and i order this cute silk dress from sthcute, when it came which it took about two weeks even with the “fastest” shipping that i paid extra for, it looked different then the pictures and it was way too big. I was very upset with my order and emailed sthcute, they responded and told me that the employees were on break from the 1st of february to the 12th… what?? So i emailed yesterday because i want my money back and they explained that with the returns you get no refund back.. seriously? f this company

GBStay away from it! Stay away from it! It will take 1+ months to ship The worst thing is the return! for the return, they will not cover the shipping. So you will pay 100+ shipping fee for a 10-dollar cloth. Also, there will be back and forth emails before they agree the return. No customer service but an email communication only. Basically you can communicate with them once a day. send an email -> wait for 12+ hours -> receive a reply -> send another email -> wait for 12+ hours ... There will be no straightforward communication. You request refund -> they will say sorry and persuade you to not return -> if you insist -> they will say sorry, they can only do store credit

GBFraud! Dress was advertised as House of CB Dress was advertised as House of CB. It is not. Fraudulent practices! Dress came and it’s terrible quality - material and fit. Returns are to China and aren’t free returns despite their fraudulent advertising. Stay away from this company!!
