Basically you can communicate with them once a day. send an email -> wait for 12+ hours -> receive a reply -> send another email -> wait for 12+ hours ... There will be no straightforward communication. You request refund -> they will say sorry and persuade you to not return -> if you insist -> they will say sorry, they can only do store credit
