DO NOT ORDER!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!! I ordered from this website months ago and never received an update or package. They also don’t give you a refund they give you credit to get something else ( which probably wouldn’t come in)

WORST COMPANY EVER WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY THE QUALITY IS AWFUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. I GOT CLOTHES THAT LOOK WORN AND DISGUSTING. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS SITE IS STILL UP AND RUNNING THIS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I CAN'T EVEN GET PEOPLE TO RESPOND WITHIN THE TIME I AM ON MY COMPUTER AND COME BACK TO SOMEONE RESPONDING HOURS HOURS LATER. SCAM SITE SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

Fraudulent business that refuses to cancel your order. Impossible to cancel. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same dress. I wanted to cancel just 2 minutes after placing my order but there is no automated way to cancel a charge on the website. I used their "live chat" on their website. I even tried emailing them with the email specified on their website. I used the email PayPal recommended contacting for cancellation. I even tried calling their number which was an international number. They only responded to me once the order shipped. And I don't believe it is a coincidence that out of the 3 orders I placed, only the one I requested to cancel is the one that shipped. I said in the email: "Please cancel my order SC00037254 and issue my refund". And they responded with: "Which dress do you want to order? Do you need us help to swap the dress for your order?" My instructions were clear. I asked to cancel and they refused. They knew what they were doing and purposefully did not want to cancel the order

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for a dance - when it became clear that it had not been sent with enough time to arrive before the event, I tried to cancel the order. The company sent it anyway (with a promise of a $20 credit which I didn't get). I eventually get your order (it took over a month for it to be sent!) and it was no longer needed so I returned it. It cost $30 of my own money to mail the package back to China where it is still sitting in customs a month later...I don't know if I will ever get my remaining refund. (dress was $67, postage cost $30 so I am hoping for some compensation). This company is not like Shein - you will not get good service. Stay away and order somewhere else. It's not worth the risk.

I can't believe how fast the sipping… I can't believe how fast the sipping was! I got my stuff in two separate packages, and they both arrived 4 to 5 days earlier than expected.
