GBStay away from it! Stay away from it! It will take 1+ months to ship The worst thing is the return! for the return, they will not cover the shipping. So you will pay 100+ shipping fee for a 10-dollar cloth. Also, there will be back and forth emails before they agree the return. No customer service but an email communication only. Basically you can communicate with them once a day. send an email -> wait for 12+ hours -> receive a reply -> send another email -> wait for 12+ hours ... There will be no straightforward communication. You request refund -> they will say sorry and persuade you to not return -> if you insist -> they will say sorry, they can only do store credit

GBI adore the clothing from STHCUTE I adore the clothing from STHCUTE. It's my go-to place, and I regularly place substantial orders from STCHUTE. The clothing arrives within a reasonable timeframe, and I like shopping there for its convenience!

GBDo not order from this company Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for a dance - when it became clear that it had not been sent with enough time to arrive before the event, I tried to cancel the order. The company sent it anyway (with a promise of a $20 credit which I didn't get). I eventually get your order (it took over a month for it to be sent!) and it was no longer needed so I returned it. It cost $30 of my own money to mail the package back to China where it is still sitting in customs a month later...I don't know if I will ever get my remaining refund. (dress was $67, postage cost $30 so I am hoping for some compensation). This company is not like Shein - you will not get good service. Stay away and order somewhere else. It's not worth the risk.

GBShop somewhere else! Shop somewhere else! If I could give a big fat 0 I would. The item I ordered didn't fit right even though I ordered my normal size, small, and reviewed the sizing chart. Before purchasing I made sure to read the return policy, which claims that "enclosing the returns sheet with your package makes returns hassle-free." (I do this for any international company.) Well, trying to return a purchase is not hassle-free at all. In fact, it's been nothing but a hassle! First of all, there was no return sheet in my package as it was claimed (probably on purpose). I contacted their customer service by email only for them to "hassle" me about why the item didn't fit and why I wanted to return it; even asking for pictures and implying how I must've not ordered the correct size. Then, by email #2 they suggested how I should order a different size and reminded me how I would be responsible for shipping costs. This company is a whole scam. Nothing like their competitors! So again, shop somewhere else: the clothes aren't worth the price...or the hassle.
