Absolutely awful buying platform! Absolutely awful buying platform. My first order arrived after 5 weeks at that point I shouldn’t have ordered anything else but unfortunately I did, it didn’t arrive, and after 7 weeks the buyer promised a refund but it didn’t arrive either I started a dispute but that went nowhere! Have finally given up! It was only £20 quid so glad it wasn’t anything more expensive that I’d bought. Lesson learned. :(

OMG!! OMG!!! AliExpress cheats my retuning items, I returned 2 pair of climbing in one parcel packaging and they said only received 1 pair of shoes. After I gave them a bad review, they replied me and asked me to give them my bank details for refund.But after I gave them all my bank details, now they're disappearing. Awful company for customer service. Awful company for customer service. Ali express are very friendly but they use mis-direction. If you have need of refund - they give no reason and cancel your claim Or they blame the shop not wanting to refund you. You send them much evidence and they just refuse to believe your evidence or just more easy to say they refuse it. Then you have to start the crazy long winded process again. I would give half a star if possible.

Do not recommend, buyer beware I thought I’d try Ali Express but with mixed reviews I didn’t buy anything costly in case of issues. I received my first item very quickly but the second item in the same order, was returned to seller due to over subscription of customs permitted goods in China. I have completed this review, though the issue is not yet resolved, at 39 days wait so far, the seller has requested that I close the PayPal dispute before they will refund me…
