THEY PREY ON INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEIR DOGS AND ONLY WANT THE BEST FOR THEM, THEN TAKE THEIR MONEY AND DON'T SEND THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED. I'VE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN LAS VEGAS - DON'T KNOW IF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL DO ANYTHING BUT THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

They could improve by sending what you… They could improve by sending what you purchase, getting a working phone number, answering the support emails with something other than having received it, stop auto charging when asked. In short being the company they claim they are. Thank God the credit card used refunded me. I don’t understand how anyone rates them anything more than one star (only way to review).
