I would give 0 stars if available I would give 0 stars if available. Never received order but double charged for 2 months. Only get email responses after threatening them. Still haven't received refund over 200.Giving til end of week and then taking different steps. Total scammers

I should have done more research on… I should have done more research on this company before ordering. I didn't order that long ago but can't get a response out of them regarding shipping. Also noticed on other reviews that they keep sending and charging for other things. I will be contacting my credit union to have all charges from this company blocked. I have very little faith that I will receive my dog beds. May see if I can file a claim to get my money back through Visa

SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!! I ORDERED 2 BEDS IN AUGUST STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THEM. SENT A TOTAL OF 40 EMAILS ABD GET THE SAME EMAILS BACK - GIVE OR TAKE A FEW CHANGED WORDS. THEY PREY ON INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEIR DOGS AND ONLY WANT THE BEST FOR THEM, THEN TAKE THEIR MONEY AND DON'T SEND THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED. I'VE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN LAS VEGAS - DON'T KNOW IF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL DO ANYTHING BUT THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!
