L&T’s customer services are good and also professionally solve the lost shipment and the returns. That makes me feel confidence in doing shopping on line with L&T. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. GBI placed the order on March 25 and… I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.

GBI placed an order in good faith YET... I placed an order in good faith. 6 days later I was checking on the order status, to find out that it was canceled. I went back to the website to look at the product and there were no more King duvet covers. When I place the order there were various colors available. I did not get an email in reference to the item no longer available. When I received a refund, I didn't even get the entire amount. With modern technology you should know whether or not you have the items available for sale. So you were able to have my money yet you sold the item I purchased to another person clearly!! If I was informed earlier I could have went to the website and made a different choice but I wasn't even given that opportunity.
