Ordered a dress online Ordered a dress online. Waited for it to show up in my purchase history. It did not so I felt something went wrong. Ordered it again. Return policy when I ordered the dress was 30 days. I was going on a three week trip I paid for expedited shipping which was 2-3 days, it arrived 11 days later. when I received the dresses online, they had changed the return policy from 30 days to seven days. This was impossible as the dresses took 11 days to be shipped to me. Now the website states all sales are final. Do not order anything from this illegitimate fraudulent company.

Hello?? I ordered something over 15 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. The item still hasn’t shipped and I’ve emailed and texted on three separate occasions about the items. They were “final sale” and the event I wanted them for is now long and gone. My credit card has been charged, the items are MIA, and no one from customer service even acknowledges my email or texts. I’ve never had an experience like this before and am shocked that I’m at the point where I need to write a public review to maybe get a refund or at least an update on where the order I have already paid for may be. Disappointed to say the least.

Lack of communication after I placed my… Lack of communication after I placed my order. One item was refunded back to my card without telling me it's not available. Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

LOL, I didn't even realize that they had gone out business, or merge with Nordstrom. I actually wet to the mall. I'm just now recently shopping, with L&R but that's OK I'm still finding wonderful deals Thank-you L&R for all coupons as well. I did miss a few by viewing my messages other to find them in my emails. But that's not holding me back, I'm still having fun with my online shopping experience with L&T💯
