I purchased 6 towels by description on your site but I received wash cloth hand towels bath towels. That was not the description. It's not the same Lord and Taylor. I just wish I had known that.

Good product quality and good cusumer service There is no department store near my location. So I do lots of online shopping. L&T’s customer services are good and also professionally solve the lost shipment and the returns. That makes me feel confidence in doing shopping on line with L&T. I also like lots of L&T’s products very much.

I got bad experiences with lord and… I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since February 23, I didn’t got my order and NOT refund, received partial item that was wrong , no one to contact, phone and email not working , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate.
