Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

Return policy when I ordered the dress was 30 days. I was going on a three week trip I paid for expedited shipping which was 2-3 days, it arrived 11 days later. when I received the dresses online, they had changed the return policy from 30 days to seven days. This was impossible as the dresses took 11 days to be shipped to me. Now the website states all sales are final. Do not order anything from this illegitimate fraudulent company.
