The worst online company The worst online company. It’s a total scam. They gladly took my money and shipped nothing. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. Disgusting behavior of this so called company.

Hello?? I ordered something over 15 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. The item still hasn’t shipped and I’ve emailed and texted on three separate occasions about the items. They were “final sale” and the event I wanted them for is now long and gone. My credit card has been charged, the items are MIA, and no one from customer service even acknowledges my email or texts. I’ve never had an experience like this before and am shocked that I’m at the point where I need to write a public review to maybe get a refund or at least an update on where the order I have already paid for may be. Disappointed to say the least.

No customer service Very interesting I have previously shopped with L&T online and did not have this experience, however I now have an order that has never shipped. I have sent several emails and text messages. There is no customer service live person available. No answer from emails nor a shipping confirmation for my purchased items. I will NEVER use them again.

I placed the order on March 25 and… I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.
