GBI placed the order on March 25 and… I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.

GBLack of communication after I placed my… Lack of communication after I placed my order. One item was refunded back to my card without telling me it's not available. Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

GBGood product quality and good cusumer service There is no department store near my location. So I do lots of online shopping. L&T’s customer services are good and also professionally solve the lost shipment and the returns. That makes me feel confidence in doing shopping on line with L&T. I also like lots of L&T’s products very much.

GBI placed an order in good faith YET... I placed an order in good faith. 6 days later I was checking on the order status, to find out that it was canceled. I went back to the website to look at the product and there were no more King duvet covers. When I place the order there were various colors available. I did not get an email in reference to the item no longer available. When I received a refund, I didn't even get the entire amount. With modern technology you should know whether or not you have the items available for sale. So you were able to have my money yet you sold the item I purchased to another person clearly!! If I was informed earlier I could have went to the website and made a different choice but I wasn't even given that opportunity.

GBI did not receive my full order nor did… I did not receive my full order nor did I receive any package tracking information and I’ve emailed and have not received any response. I would never order again or recommend to any family or friends
