Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

Do not purchase anything them Do not purchase anything them. There is no customer service, they sold fake designer products, and they will accept a return but will never refund your money. They owe me a lot of money.

It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!
