What am I reviewing you cancelled my… What am I reviewing you cancelled my order, and have not received my other order. Then I contacted you about another order by text and email you never responded. I purchased 6 towels by description on your site but I received wash cloth hand towels bath towels. That was not the description. It's not the same Lord and Taylor. I just wish I had known that.

I have been charged for a dress that… I have been charged for a dress that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!

The worst online company The worst online company. It’s a total scam. They gladly took my money and shipped nothing. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. Disgusting behavior of this so called company.

Great shopping The website is easy to find what your looking for. They have a great variety of dresses as well. The deliver time is better than some stores. I enjoy the site, but I really miss going into the store.
