GBI placed an order in good faith YET... I placed an order in good faith. 6 days later I was checking on the order status, to find out that it was canceled. I went back to the website to look at the product and there were no more King duvet covers. When I place the order there were various colors available. I did not get an email in reference to the item no longer available. When I received a refund, I didn't even get the entire amount. With modern technology you should know whether or not you have the items available for sale. So you were able to have my money yet you sold the item I purchased to another person clearly!! If I was informed earlier I could have went to the website and made a different choice but I wasn't even given that opportunity.

GBI got bad experiences with lord and… I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since February 23, I didn’t got my order and NOT refund, received partial item that was wrong , no one to contact, phone and email not working , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate. I’m planning on contacting shame on you

GBDo not purchase anything them Do not purchase anything them. There is no customer service, they sold fake designer products, and they will accept a return but will never refund your money. They owe me a lot of money.

GBI'm updating my wardrobe and bringing… I'm updating my wardrobe and bringing it the knew. Lord&Taylor is making that so affordable and I can look chic in my younger days all over again! LOL, I didn't even realize that they had gone out business, or merge with Nordstrom. I actually wet to the mall. I'm just now recently shopping, with L&R but that's OK I'm still finding wonderful deals Thank-you L&R for all coupons as well. I did miss a few by viewing my messages other to find them in my emails. But that's not holding me back, I'm still having fun with my online shopping experience with L&T💯

GBOrdered a dress online Ordered a dress online. Waited for it to show up in my purchase history. It did not so I felt something went wrong. Ordered it again. Return policy when I ordered the dress was 30 days. I was going on a three week trip I paid for expedited shipping which was 2-3 days, it arrived 11 days later. when I received the dresses online, they had changed the return policy from 30 days to seven days. This was impossible as the dresses took 11 days to be shipped to me. Now the website states all sales are final. Do not order anything from this illegitimate fraudulent company.
