I have 3 pending orders for which has… I have 3 pending orders for which has been paid & all 3 are still showing “unfulfilled “. I have tried contacting Lord & Taylor by e-mail, live chat & text without results. I have always been pleased with Lord & Taylor but I am more than apprehensive when there is no obvious way to contact customer service.

No customer service Very interesting I have previously shopped with L&T online and did not have this experience, however I now have an order that has never shipped. I have sent several emails and text messages. There is no customer service live person available. No answer from emails nor a shipping confirmation for my purchased items. I will NEVER use them again.

Good product quality and good cusumer service There is no department store near my location. So I do lots of online shopping. L&T’s customer services are good and also professionally solve the lost shipment and the returns. That makes me feel confidence in doing shopping on line with L&T. I also like lots of L&T’s products very much.

Great shopping The website is easy to find what your looking for. They have a great variety of dresses as well. The deliver time is better than some stores. I enjoy the site, but I really miss going into the store.

I returned a pair of shoes and they… I returned a pair of shoes and they never processed my return. They never responded to any of my emails.Their "live chat" does not work and there's no phone number for customer service. Terrible!!
