GBI placed an order in good faith YET... I placed an order in good faith. 6 days later I was checking on the order status, to find out that it was canceled. I went back to the website to look at the product and there were no more King duvet covers. When I place the order there were various colors available. I did not get an email in reference to the item no longer available. When I received a refund, I didn't even get the entire amount. With modern technology you should know whether or not you have the items available for sale. So you were able to have my money yet you sold the item I purchased to another person clearly!! If I was informed earlier I could have went to the website and made a different choice but I wasn't even given that opportunity.

GBI have been charged for a dress that… I have been charged for a dress that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!

GBDo not purchase anything them Do not purchase anything them. There is no customer service, they sold fake designer products, and they will accept a return but will never refund your money. They owe me a lot of money.

GBWhat am I reviewing you cancelled my… What am I reviewing you cancelled my order, and have not received my other order. Then I contacted you about another order by text and email you never responded. I purchased 6 towels by description on your site but I received wash cloth hand towels bath towels. That was not the description. It's not the same Lord and Taylor. I just wish I had known that.
