The worst online company The worst online company. It’s a total scam. They gladly took my money and shipped nothing. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. Disgusting behavior of this so called company.

No customer service Very interesting I have previously shopped with L&T online and did not have this experience, however I now have an order that has never shipped. I have sent several emails and text messages. There is no customer service live person available. No answer from emails nor a shipping confirmation for my purchased items. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails.
