GBNo customer service Very interesting I have previously shopped with L&T online and did not have this experience, however I now have an order that has never shipped. I have sent several emails and text messages. There is no customer service live person available. No answer from emails nor a shipping confirmation for my purchased items. I will NEVER use them again.

GBI placed an order in good faith YET... I placed an order in good faith. 6 days later I was checking on the order status, to find out that it was canceled. I went back to the website to look at the product and there were no more King duvet covers. When I place the order there were various colors available. I did not get an email in reference to the item no longer available. When I received a refund, I didn't even get the entire amount. With modern technology you should know whether or not you have the items available for sale. So you were able to have my money yet you sold the item I purchased to another person clearly!! If I was informed earlier I could have went to the website and made a different choice but I wasn't even given that opportunity.

GBLack of communication after I placed my… Lack of communication after I placed my order. One item was refunded back to my card without telling me it's not available. Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

Then I contacted you about another order by text and email you never responded. I purchased 6 towels by description on your site but I received wash cloth hand towels bath towels. That was not the description. It's not the same Lord and Taylor. I just wish I had known that.

GBOrdered a dress online Ordered a dress online. Waited for it to show up in my purchase history. It did not so I felt something went wrong. Ordered it again. Return policy when I ordered the dress was 30 days. I was going on a three week trip I paid for expedited shipping which was 2-3 days, it arrived 11 days later. when I received the dresses online, they had changed the return policy from 30 days to seven days. This was impossible as the dresses took 11 days to be shipped to me. Now the website states all sales are final. Do not order anything from this illegitimate fraudulent company.
