The worst online company The worst online company. It’s a total scam. They gladly took my money and shipped nothing. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. Disgusting behavior of this so called company.

I'm updating my wardrobe and bringing… I'm updating my wardrobe and bringing it the knew. Lord&Taylor is making that so affordable and I can look chic in my younger days all over again! LOL, I didn't even realize that they had gone out business, or merge with Nordstrom. I actually wet to the mall. I'm just now recently shopping, with L&R but that's OK I'm still finding wonderful deals Thank-you L&R for all coupons as well. I did miss a few by viewing my messages other to find them in my emails. But that's not holding me back, I'm still having fun with my online shopping experience with L&T💯

Great shopping The website is easy to find what your looking for. They have a great variety of dresses as well. The deliver time is better than some stores. I enjoy the site, but I really miss going into the store.
