Lack of communication after I placed my… Lack of communication after I placed my order. One item was refunded back to my card without telling me it's not available. Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

Hello?? I ordered something over 15 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. The item still hasn’t shipped and I’ve emailed and texted on three separate occasions about the items. They were “final sale” and the event I wanted them for is now long and gone. My credit card has been charged, the items are MIA, and no one from customer service even acknowledges my email or texts. I’ve never had an experience like this before and am shocked that I’m at the point where I need to write a public review to maybe get a refund or at least an update on where the order I have already paid for may be. Disappointed to say the least.

The worst online company The worst online company. It’s a total scam. They gladly took my money and shipped nothing. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line.
