GBI have been charged for a dress that… I have been charged for a dress that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!

GBI have 3 pending orders for which has… I have 3 pending orders for which has been paid & all 3 are still showing “unfulfilled “. I have tried contacting Lord & Taylor by e-mail, live chat & text without results. I have always been pleased with Lord & Taylor but I am more than apprehensive when there is no obvious way to contact customer service.

GBHello?? I ordered something over 15 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. The item still hasn’t shipped and I’ve emailed and texted on three separate occasions about the items. They were “final sale” and the event I wanted them for is now long and gone. My credit card has been charged, the items are MIA, and no one from customer service even acknowledges my email or texts. I’ve never had an experience like this before and am shocked that I’m at the point where I need to write a public review to maybe get a refund or at least an update on where the order I have already paid for may be. Disappointed to say the least.

GBI placed an order in good faith YET... I placed an order in good faith. 6 days later I was checking on the order status, to find out that it was canceled. I went back to the website to look at the product and there were no more King duvet covers. When I place the order there were various colors available. I did not get an email in reference to the item no longer available. When I received a refund, I didn't even get the entire amount. With modern technology you should know whether or not you have the items available for sale. So you were able to have my money yet you sold the item I purchased to another person clearly!! If I was informed earlier I could have went to the website and made a different choice but I wasn't even given that opportunity.

GBOrdered a dress online Ordered a dress online. Waited for it to show up in my purchase history. It did not so I felt something went wrong. Ordered it again. Return policy when I ordered the dress was 30 days. I was going on a three week trip I paid for expedited shipping which was 2-3 days, it arrived 11 days later. when I received the dresses online, they had changed the return policy from 30 days to seven days. This was impossible as the dresses took 11 days to be shipped to me. Now the website states all sales are final. Do not order anything from this illegitimate fraudulent company.
