Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

I purchased 6 towels by description on your site but I received wash cloth hand towels bath towels. That was not the description. It's not the same Lord and Taylor. I just wish I had known that.
