I placed the order on March 25 and… I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.

Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. I have been charged for a dress that… I have been charged for a dress that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!

I have tried contacting Lord & Taylor by e-mail, live chat & text without results. I have always been pleased with Lord & Taylor but I am more than apprehensive when there is no obvious way to contact customer service.

No customer service Very interesting I have previously shopped with L&T online and did not have this experience, however I now have an order that has never shipped. I have sent several emails and text messages. There is no customer service live person available. No answer from emails nor a shipping confirmation for my purchased items. I will NEVER use them again.
