Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. I'm just now recently shopping, with L&R but that's OK I'm still finding wonderful deals Thank-you L&R for all coupons as well. I did miss a few by viewing my messages other to find them in my emails. But that's not holding me back, I'm still having fun with my online shopping experience with L&T💯
