I got bad experiences with lord and… I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since March 9 I didn’t got my order and NOT refund , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate

I placed the order on March 25 and… I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.

I returned a pair of shoes and they… I returned a pair of shoes and they never processed my return. They never responded to any of my emails.Their "live chat" does not work and there's no phone number for customer service. Terrible!!

Great shopping The website is easy to find what your looking for. They have a great variety of dresses as well. The deliver time is better than some stores. I enjoy the site, but I really miss going into the store.
