Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. Disgusting behavior of this so called company.

L&T’s customer services are good and also professionally solve the lost shipment and the returns. That makes me feel confidence in doing shopping on line with L&T.
