Terrible service!! Terrible service!!! I place an item on 3/25/24 and even paid expedite shipping but as of today no item received

Hello?? I ordered something over 15 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. The item still hasn’t shipped and I’ve emailed and texted on three separate occasions about the items. They were “final sale” and the event I wanted them for is now long and gone. My credit card has been charged, the items are MIA, and no one from customer service even acknowledges my email or texts. I’ve never had an experience like this before and am shocked that I’m at the point where I need to write a public review to maybe get a refund or at least an update on where the order I have already paid for may be. Disappointed to say the least.

LOL, I didn't even realize that they had gone out business, or merge with Nordstrom. I actually wet to the mall. I'm just now recently shopping, with L&R but that's OK I'm still finding wonderful deals Thank-you L&R for all coupons as well. I did miss a few by viewing my messages other to find them in my emails. But that's not holding me back, I'm still having fun with my online shopping experience with L&T💯

I have been charged for a dress that… I have been charged for a dress that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!

I got bad experiences with lord and… I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since February 23, I didn’t got my order and NOT refund, received partial item that was wrong , no one to contact, phone and email not working , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate. I’m planning on contacting shame on you
