I got bad experiences with lord and… I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since February 23, I didn’t got my order and NOT refund, received partial item that was wrong , no one to contact, phone and email not working , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate. I have been charged for a dress that… I have been charged for a dress that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!

What am I reviewing you cancelled my… What am I reviewing you cancelled my order, and have not received my other order. Then I contacted you about another order by text and email you never responded. I purchased 6 towels by description on your site but I received wash cloth hand towels bath towels. That was not the description. It's not the same Lord and Taylor. I just wish I had known that.
