I got bad experiences with lord and… I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since February 23, I didn’t got my order and NOT refund, received partial item that was wrong , no one to contact, phone and email not working , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate. Hello?? I ordered something over 15 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. The item still hasn’t shipped and I’ve emailed and texted on three separate occasions about the items. They were “final sale” and the event I wanted them for is now long and gone. My credit card has been charged, the items are MIA, and no one from customer service even acknowledges my email or texts. I’ve never had an experience like this before and am shocked that I’m at the point where I need to write a public review to maybe get a refund or at least an update on where the order I have already paid for may be. Disappointed to say the least.

No customer service Very interesting I have previously shopped with L&T online and did not have this experience, however I now have an order that has never shipped. I have sent several emails and text messages. There is no customer service live person available. No answer from emails nor a shipping confirmation for my purchased items. I will NEVER use them again.
