Customer service needs real people in real time. Having a very difficult time being in touch with customer service for an exchange. Called 5 times, on hold for 15 minutes each time, then leave a message (they say they'll call you back) and have yet to receive a callback. Live chats aren't live. Emails responses are auto-generated. Glasses are great, however not being able to speak with a live person is SO frustrating!

Rectified When I first ordered from here, I was not very happy with the return policy. It was rectified, and I was very pleased with the outcome. The only thing I can caution people is to read the return policy carefully, but in the end, they are very nice glasses good quality, I would recommend this company just be mindful to read the return policies. I got a pair for my granddaughter and they are very cute, she was so excited to have glasses that change in the sun!

After ordering the prettiest glasses… After ordering the prettiest glasses and trying them on- I realized that I messed up my prescription entry and GlassesShop offered a refund/replacement/exchange. Great customer service as they responded quickly to my email. I was so relieved and thankful that they corrected my mistake.

When I needed to purchase new pair of… When I needed to purchase new pair of frames, it was simple to access my prior purchases and order the exact same pair. I placed the order and had them in hand in under a week. Fantastic service and ease of use. I especially liked not having to go back through and hunt down the same pair I had. Great job!

Pleasantly Surprised! What made my experience great with GlassesShop was that I've never worn progressive lenses before. I've always worn lined bifocals. I was hoping I would like my two new pairs of prescription sunglasses, and I love them. I had no problem adjusting to them at all. They are perfect in every way. The glasses were reasonably priced, the tinting was exactly what I wanted, they were packaged well, and shipped in the time period they said they would be.
