USCustomer service needs real people in real time. Having a very difficult time being in touch with customer service for an exchange. Called 5 times, on hold for 15 minutes each time, then leave a message (they say they'll call you back) and have yet to receive a callback. Live chats aren't live. Emails responses are auto-generated. Glasses are great, however not being able to speak with a live person is SO frustrating!

USGreat Service! Great first experience with two orders. The first one was only for distance and should of been progressive bifocals. I reached out to ask and they helped me with this issue and re shipped the right ones. Didn't need to return the glasses that where a mistake. Thanks Everyone!
