Good Customer Service but Poor Design Service Customer service was very responsive and the medals arrived on time. I was not happy with their translation of our design. We had many emails back and forth and finally had to get a supervisor involved. It was frustrating. Again, they were responsive but I felt like I was not dealing with a professional graphic designer as each version had issues. The finished product was okay, but the color of the printed words barely shows up on the medal.

They swiftly prepared the mock-ups for my artwork. To my surprise, they delivered the final product 10 days before the expected date. I thank their service.

We had a wonderful customer service… We had a wonderful customer service experience! We had to change our patch design from embroidery to weaving because of some issues, and cancel a few incorrect invoices. But everything went smoothly thanks to their amazing customer service team. The designer provided helpful notes about our design that we can use for future patch orders. Despite being fast, the whole process didn't compromise the quality of the patches - they turned out perfectly, and we are pleased with them! Additionally, our patches arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

Everlighten went out of their way to… Everlighten went out of their way to make sure the coins they produced were exactly what I wanted by seeking my approval before finalizing the order. After going back and forth a few times, the design was outstanding. The changes were more me playing with the look than their rendering. The product is outstanding and I am proud to hand them out.

EverLighten is amazing EverLighten is amazing. It is harder and harder to find a great company with exceptional communication skills and a great product , but Micheal has blown me away with the quality of his pins and his customer service. He has stuck with turnaround timelines, as well as been very good at keeping me in the loop. He also has exceptional pricing. We've worked on several projects with him and his company, and we are prepared to work even more projects.
