GBI liked that I received the ball chair… I liked that I received the ball chair within 11 days. Didn’t like that the tracking updates were not accurate. I received updates that the item was on its way for 2 days AFTER it was delivered. I notified ModeSens that it had been delivered. Only then did I receive an email that it had been delivered.
