GBI liked that I received the ball chair… I liked that I received the ball chair within 11 days. Didn’t like that the tracking updates were not accurate. I received updates that the item was on its way for 2 days AFTER it was delivered. I notified ModeSens that it had been delivered. Only then did I receive an email that it had been delivered.

GBI couldn't find it, but ModeSens did! Got the item I was looking for that I couldn't find in stores where I usually shop. The communication and shipping were top notch!

GBFound the item for a better price and it wasn't listed on mod sens Just the other day I checked this website for a pair of pants made by the manufacturer EDIKTED. The website showed the cargo pants at approximately $97 at nordstrom. However, when I scrolled down and searched myself I found the same pair of pants on the EDIKTED website for $73. I'm not sure why it didn't show up but when I checked it I did not see it on their site for comparison.

GBExcellent customer service! There was actually a hiccup with my order but Bella from customer service was so amazing at getting it handled and helping me with a return. I'm really grateful!

PAGreat customer service. I had a problem with an order but they did their best to solve it on time, product was out of stock after I placed the order, but they were able to find it somewhere else and have it delivered on time, I really value companies that care about their customers.
