Then get a email requesting proof of purchase, had to send copy of ID and cc used last 4 digit matching. Sent that information. All was good, all is confirm. Then get another email stating my order didn't process because they didn't get a confirm purchase from me. When I emailed customer service rep (Bella) over 5 times.
