Silly Things
INBeing Scammed I bought my virus protection from them until the point where my speed deteriorated. They called me from India and advised they were having trouble sending updates. I let them remote in, thinking they could resolve the problem. They ran a scan and showed me that all of my Win 10 drivers had expired. They offered to sell me a permanent operating system 10 license. That is when I realized I had been scammed from the very beginning. I consulted with a local expert, and he told me that they installed all the pirated software. They have installed permanent connecting software that can access my computer even if I am not in front of it. Now I am too worried about my credentials.

CAVery, very positive experience I have no words to describe Craig Mikaelson how helpful Mikaelson was. I am not tech savy, but he was polite, reassuring, and very, very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me out. I strongly recommended the services of this company

CAWhat a scam What a scam. No longer have a computer but they keep emailing me my system is vulnerable & need to call them … oh yeah I see another $299.00 USA charge if I did. I called before to advise them to leave me alone but obviously their internal data system is a joke overall as they keep harassing me. Shame on on these so called IT professionals!!! Stay away & shame on Cannon for putting me thru to them when my new printer would not connect to my printer properly. I spent over $1500 US and received nothing for my money spent!!!
