I called before to advise them to leave me alone but obviously their internal data system is a joke overall as they keep harassing me. Shame on on these so called IT professionals!!! Stay away & shame on Cannon for putting me thru to them when my new printer would not connect to my printer properly. I spent over $1500 US and received nothing for my money spent!!!

The service was great and very helpful The service was great and very helpful. They installed a firewall and connected both of my wife's cricut devices.
