GBSuper Fast and Great Experience I ordered the Dirty Bird 16" Complete AR Quad Rail upper late on a Friday and placed another order on Saturday and had them in hand by Tuesday. Both orders were shipped in the same package. I know it's a small thing, but noticing the two orders on two separate days were going to the same person and combining the two is awesome. Most companies send out two separate packages. That's paying attention to their customers. Supper easy to use site,easy ordering process and extremely fast shipping. Absolute pleasure to do business with. This is my new go to for my AR needs. Thank you. HIGHLY recommend.

GBI had several unfortunate issues with… I had several unfortunate issues with the Postal Service on this delivery. However my experience with A.R. 15 discounts was phenomenal. They even gave me a $30 gift card because I recently purchased an upper and they put the upper on sale a month later $30 less. Air 15 discounts is great and absolutely has earned my future business. GBNo customer service - Updated I ordered some ammo and it was out for delivery for a week. I called FedEx and they told me the package was lost in the mail. I called AR-15discounts.com roughly 30 times and never had the call answered. I left multiple messages without any return call. I sent multiple emails and haven't gotten any response. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: Coincidentally I received an email from AR-15discounts.com shortly after posting this review. They made me aware of the fact they were moving to a different warehouse and they were stretched thin because of it. I didn't see anything about that when I placed my order. They asked if I wanted a replacement sent or a refund. I opted for a replacement and to give them a chance to regain my business. They assured me the product would be mailed out ASAP and it was. I received the ammo a couple of days later. Therefore I'm giving them 2 more stars for their effort. Whoever was coordinating their move should have been more transparent or halted sales.

GBMissing Parts in a Parts Kit Recently ordered a SI enhanced lower parts kit which included the trigger, hammer and disconnect. Everything shipped fine but there was no trigger, hammer, or disconnect. Contacted support and waited about a week for a response. Understandable because of the holiday sale. Basically got a 10% coupon code for my inconvenience. Did not receive everything I paid for and most likely will not use my inconvenience coupon code. Ever.
