No customer service - Updated I ordered some ammo and it was out for delivery for a week. I called FedEx and they told me the package was lost in the mail. I called AR-15discounts.com roughly 30 times and never had the call answered. I left multiple messages without any return call. I sent multiple emails and haven't gotten any response. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: Coincidentally I received an email from AR-15discounts.com shortly after posting this review. They made me aware of the fact they were moving to a different warehouse and they were stretched thin because of it. I didn't see anything about that when I placed my order. They asked if I wanted a replacement sent or a refund. I opted for a replacement and to give them a chance to regain my business. They assured me the product would be mailed out ASAP and it was. I received the ammo a couple of days later. Therefore I'm giving them 2 more stars for their effort. Whoever was coordinating their move should have been more transparent or halted sales.

Excellent Experience This is my first time ordering from AR15Discounts and I am extremely pleased with the experience. They have an awesome selection, terrific prices, and did a great job getting my order out quickly and hassle free. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was packaged VERY well. Do not use these guys Do not use these guys, very scammy feel looking at almost 1 month and still no movement on 2 instock items I ordered. They charged my card immediately but refuse to respond to any questions. their website chat system doesn't work, their request a call back (they say one day) has had me waiting 2 weeks, and a direct email hasn't been responded to in over a week. But they have my money, and no way to get a refund thru them since i cant even reach them.

Look, we are all familiar with optics planet and similar websites... they're great... but ar15discounts darn near has the same selection with waaaaay faster shipping at no extra cost. Couldn't be happier with my purchases and looking forward to more in the future!

Super Fast and Great Experience I ordered the Dirty Bird 16" Complete AR Quad Rail upper late on a Friday and placed another order on Saturday and had them in hand by Tuesday. Both orders were shipped in the same package. I know it's a small thing, but noticing the two orders on two separate days were going to the same person and combining the two is awesome. Most companies send out two separate packages. That's paying attention to their customers. Supper easy to use site,easy ordering process and extremely fast shipping.
