no customer service nearly impossible to reach customer service, took them almost 2 weeks to provide a useless response. Lifetime warranty / low price guarantee is a joke when they aren't even reachable, not that they even try to provide any service.. Be wary of restocking fees / return shipping, they want the customer to pay for shipping twice even when the item is defective.
