no customer service nearly impossible to reach customer service, took them almost 2 weeks to provide a useless response. Lifetime warranty / low price guarantee is a joke when they aren't even reachable, not that they even try to provide any service.. Be wary of restocking fees / return shipping, they want the customer to pay for shipping twice even when the item is defective.

The true meaning of customer loyalty. Customer loyalty and support is phenomenal. Bar far the best prices for anything AR related around. I love building my own ARs. Do not use these guys Do not use these guys, very scammy feel looking at almost 1 month and still no movement on 2 instock items I ordered. They charged my card immediately but refuse to respond to any questions. their website chat system doesn't work, their request a call back (they say one day) has had me waiting 2 weeks, and a direct email hasn't been responded to in over a week. But they have my money, and no way to get a refund thru them since i cant even reach them.
