ABSOLUTE TRASH!! ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! Tried to place an order with PayPal Credit. Was charged full amount. IMMEDIATELY attempted to cancel the order… no response. No response to chat, no response to emails, yet it’s now showing that items are shipping. Contacted the BBB and my state Attorney General for fraud.

Cassie handles issues like a HERO! Cassie is so responsive and takes responsibility for any issues that happens during ordering/shipping. I am so glad that I had Cassie as my support in the past few weeks. This gal deserves a raise! Thank you again Cassie for assisting me and my family during this equipment issue. You made my daughter go from a frown to a huge smile and gave her some hope in her travels back and forth to school daily.
