Great Customer service I bought a nice recliner from Abunda. After about 6 months I started having trouble with it. Worst problem was the motor stopped that makes the chair go up and down. I contacted Abunda not expecting much but their customer service department got right on it and reached out the to manufacturer. Bottom line, they sent me another brand new recliner at no cost. You just don't see this kind of support much any more but Abunda has it. Thanks.

Was a little cautious at first Was a little cautious at first, But once I got started my fears went away, this is not one of those companies that don’t live up to their promises, I made my purchase and after a week I received my product. And they give you so many options on purchases, Abunda has I life long customer with me and I recommend them highly.

I ordered a laptop that I needed right… I ordered a laptop that I needed right away for classes and it arrived within 3 days. The HP laptop is perfect to help with Nursing School since my old laptop died. ShopAbunda has saved my grades and I used Acima which gave me a higher limit than what other payment plan companies have provided. I have reached out to customer service just to make sure it was going to be delivered today and she was so nice and quick to respond. Very grateful

Just the fact that Abunda doesn't have… Just the fact that Abunda doesn't have a direct customer service representative for even a couple hours out of the day is enough for me to cancel the order through Acima. Wish their shipping debacle was better, and probably would have kept the lease. Anyway found another platform that is not as expensive to finance so I guess everything does happen for a reason.

Cassie handles issues like a HERO! Cassie is so responsive and takes responsibility for any issues that happens during ordering/shipping. I am so glad that I had Cassie as my support in the past few weeks. This gal deserves a raise! Thank you again Cassie for assisting me and my family during this equipment issue. You made my daughter go from a frown to a huge smile and gave her some hope in her travels back and forth to school daily. This poor kid is bullied too much for this day to be negative and YOU made it better for her/us.
