GBGreat Customer service I bought a nice recliner from Abunda. After about 6 months I started having trouble with it. Worst problem was the motor stopped that makes the chair go up and down. I contacted Abunda not expecting much but their customer service department got right on it and reached out the to manufacturer. Bottom line, they sent me another brand new recliner at no cost. You just don't see this kind of support much any more but Abunda has it. Thanks.

GBCannot cancel order Went through payment options and selected PayPal pay later. After I hot done entering all my info it somehow went back to the full price coming out of my bank. PayPal said it wasn't on their end and to cancel thru Abunda, however there is NO way to cancel because that button is now unavailable. I NEVER agreed to full price payment and this is going to make bank account go $1000 in negative! They responded quickly and refunded the money before it destroyed my financial accounts. I will forever be thankful for their quick response.

GBaccidents happen An accident happened and there is a piece missing from the manufacturer. Went out of their way and ordered me a part and had it to me in one day. They were amazingly empathetic, and the person that helped me guide me through the entire process with patience. Thank you so much I’m a customer for life!
