Expectations Exceeded! Company website appears to be a scam, no outside information about the place, everything pointed to a bad time and yet I placed an order anyway on a fantastic deal I couldn't pass up on. Product arrived faster than I expected and does not appear to be counterfeit. I don't know how bigeasy can afford to sell some of their products at the prices listed, but more power to them!

Great experience After searching for a product online for the best price, I found it here. I’ll be honest I was a bit skeptical as I am loyal to the companies I always use. However, I did place the order. Instantly I received a confirmation. Within 24 hours, I received an email verifying my information. Although I expected the product to arrive within a week, it arrived in three days. Great experience.

I was skeptical of the website a I'd… I was skeptical of the website a I'd not heard of it. I took a shot and put it on credit card. Very happy with our purchase! We saved $300 on this set . I received it with a week or so and tracking was sent after about three or four days from order. Confirmation was sent within a reasonable time as well. Process isn't as fast as a big corporation but it was still good enough for me to save that amount of money. Product has all there and nothing broken. Thanks!

Ordered Milwaukee tools on August 27th Ordered Milwaukee tools on August 27th. Got an email on September 1 stating that "the preparation time from our supplier took longer than expected, so we canceled your order and issued a full refund to ensure you can purchase a product within a reasonable timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." What nonsense and waste of time.

Great Customer Service and Timely The mower was delivered very promptly but during transit, the box was mishandled which caused the provided oil to burst open and get all over the box and mower. I reached out about the issue and they determined that it would be best to have a new mower delivered to me. They followed up during each step of the process to ensure that I was able to get the first mower returned to them (which they provided the shipping cost as well as the cost for the boxes), as well as until I received the new mower. The customer service was fantastic all the way through! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future
