A Great Company to Deal With At first, I was very skeptical of this company after placing my order for 4 Firestone Destination LE2 All Season P245/75R16 109S tires because the price ($96.27 each tire) was about $20.00 less per tire than Walmart. I called the company within 6 hours just to see about my order. The lady who answered my call, explained to me we will let you know by email once the items are shipped. Expectations Exceeded! Company website appears to be a scam, no outside information about the place, everything pointed to a bad time and yet I placed an order anyway on a fantastic deal I couldn't pass up on. Product arrived faster than I expected and does not appear to be counterfeit. I don't know how bigeasy can afford to sell some of their products at the prices listed, but more power to them!

Product Damaged from Shipping, Refund Issued I ordered a Sun Joe TJ599E Garden Cultivator at a good discount. I received it quickly, but part of the plastic housing was damaged during shipping. They tried to ship another one, but when that effort was delayed, they offered a refund, which I received as a credit on my credit card within a few days. Very responsive to my emails and communicated well through email and text. They even called me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Great customer support!

Great experience After searching for a product online for the best price, I found it here. I’ll be honest I was a bit skeptical as I am loyal to the companies I always use. However, I did place the order. Instantly I received a confirmation. Within 24 hours, I received an email verifying my information. Although I expected the product to arrive within a week, it arrived in three days. Great experience.

just a little confused…. just a little confused….. i ordered 1 milwaukee tool set and received 2 of the same set instead of the just the 1 i ordered. When to look at my credit card statement and they have also issued a refund for the 1 i ordered. i’m not sure if this is a mistake or some sort of scam. the price of the set on their website was $50 cheaper than anywhere else, just a little confused on how a little e-commerce company can sell a item at a much cheaper rate than a company like home depot. also, the shipping labels where from a completely different store. just would like some assurance that this is legitimate even though i got what i ordered.
