Unhappy Customer (or should I say, past customer)
GBI bought a BRAND NEW EGO Power LB6500… I bought a BRAND NEW EGO Power LB6500 and after 6 months it broke. I contacted the manufacturer and Big Easy Mart is NOT an authorized dealer so my warranty is not valid. I have contacted Big Easy Mart 5 times with no response. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I saved about $50.00 but now I have to buy another one, SO SAVED NOTHING!!!!!!!

GBjust a little confused…. just a little confused….. i ordered 1 milwaukee tool set and received 2 of the same set instead of the just the 1 i ordered. When to look at my credit card statement and they have also issued a refund for the 1 i ordered. i’m not sure if this is a mistake or some sort of scam. the price of the set on their website was $50 cheaper than anywhere else, just a little confused on how a little e-commerce company can sell a item at a much cheaper rate than a company like home depot. also, the shipping labels where from a completely different store. just would like some assurance that this is legitimate even though i got what i ordered.

GBGreat Customer Service and Timely The mower was delivered very promptly but during transit, the box was mishandled which caused the provided oil to burst open and get all over the box and mower. I reached out about the issue and they determined that it would be best to have a new mower delivered to me. They followed up during each step of the process to ensure that I was able to get the first mower returned to them (which they provided the shipping cost as well as the cost for the boxes), as well as until I received the new mower. The customer service was fantastic all the way through! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future
