Product Damaged from Shipping, Refund Issued I ordered a Sun Joe TJ599E Garden Cultivator at a good discount. I received it quickly, but part of the plastic housing was damaged during shipping. They tried to ship another one, but when that effort was delayed, they offered a refund, which I received as a credit on my credit card within a few days. Very responsive to my emails and communicated well through email and text. They even called me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Great customer support!

Items Not In Stock I placed my first order with this company to try them out. Received a confirmation for my order, but in a week, they sent me another email that they are issuing a refund because they don't have the item. A total waste of time. Another company selling with great prices but with no product!

I received it with a week or so and tracking was sent after about three or four days from order. Confirmation was sent within a reasonable time as well. Process isn't as fast as a big corporation but it was still good enough for me to save that amount of money. Product has all there and nothing broken. Thanks!
