GBGreat Customer Service and Timely The mower was delivered very promptly but during transit, the box was mishandled which caused the provided oil to burst open and get all over the box and mower. I reached out about the issue and they determined that it would be best to have a new mower delivered to me. They followed up during each step of the process to ensure that I was able to get the first mower returned to them (which they provided the shipping cost as well as the cost for the boxes), as well as until I received the new mower. The customer service was fantastic all the way through! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future

GBI was skeptical but BigEasyMart delivered! I was skeptical after I ordered from them but they delivered big time. My concerns can be explained by growing pains. They sent many status updates but my attempts to reach them were more trouble. In the end, I received a quality item in great shape at an unbeatable price with free delivery. I am now a big fan.

GBI was skeptical of the website a I'd… I was skeptical of the website a I'd not heard of it. I took a shot and put it on credit card. Very happy with our purchase! We saved $300 on this set . I received it with a week or so and tracking was sent after about three or four days from order. Confirmation was sent within a reasonable time as well. Process isn't as fast as a big corporation but it was still good enough for me to save that amount of money. Product has all there and nothing broken. Thanks!
