Unhappy Customer (or should I say, past customer)
GBI bought a BRAND NEW EGO Power LB6500… I bought a BRAND NEW EGO Power LB6500 and after 6 months it broke. I contacted the manufacturer and Big Easy Mart is NOT an authorized dealer so my warranty is not valid. I have contacted Big Easy Mart 5 times with no response. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I saved about $50.00 but now I have to buy another one, SO SAVED NOTHING!!!!!!!

GBOrdered some mounted tires and rims for… Ordered some mounted tires and rims for my Zero Turn Mower. They came promptly but unfortunately the tread was not what I ordered. Sent an email, they responded quickly, apologized for the error, sent the correct tires and rims. Texted immediately after delivery to confirm all was good. Got an email on September 1 stating that "the preparation time from our supplier took longer than expected, so we canceled your order and issued a full refund to ensure you can purchase a product within a reasonable timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." What nonsense and waste of time.

GBItems Not In Stock I placed my first order with this company to try them out. Received a confirmation for my order, but in a week, they sent me another email that they are issuing a refund because they don't have the item. A total waste of time. Another company selling with great prices but with no product!

GBGreat Customer Service and Timely The mower was delivered very promptly but during transit, the box was mishandled which caused the provided oil to burst open and get all over the box and mower. I reached out about the issue and they determined that it would be best to have a new mower delivered to me. They followed up during each step of the process to ensure that I was able to get the first mower returned to them (which they provided the shipping cost as well as the cost for the boxes), as well as until I received the new mower. The customer service was fantastic all the way through! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future
