Great Customer Service and Timely The mower was delivered very promptly but during transit, the box was mishandled which caused the provided oil to burst open and get all over the box and mower. I reached out about the issue and they determined that it would be best to have a new mower delivered to me. They followed up during each step of the process to ensure that I was able to get the first mower returned to them (which they provided the shipping cost as well as the cost for the boxes), as well as until I received the new mower. The customer service was fantastic all the way through! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future

Items Not In Stock I placed my first order with this company to try them out. Received a confirmation for my order, but in a week, they sent me another email that they are issuing a refund because they don't have the item. A total waste of time. Another company selling with great prices but with no product!

just a little confused…. just a little confused….. i ordered 1 milwaukee tool set and received 2 of the same set instead of the just the 1 i ordered. When to look at my credit card statement and they have also issued a refund for the 1 i ordered. i’m not sure if this is a mistake or some sort of scam. the price of the set on their website was $50 cheaper than anywhere else, just a little confused on how a little e-commerce company can sell a item at a much cheaper rate than a company like home depot. also, the shipping labels where from a completely different store. just would like some assurance that this is legitimate even though i got what i ordered.

A Great Company to Deal With At first, I was very skeptical of this company after placing my order for 4 Firestone Destination LE2 All Season P245/75R16 109S tires because the price ($96.27 each tire) was about $20.00 less per tire than Walmart. I called the company within 6 hours just to see about my order. The lady who answered my call, explained to me we will let you know by email once the items are shipped.
