GBPlaced order on 2/16/18 Placed order on 2/16/18. Called twice never spoke to a person had to leave messages. No call back it is now 3/9/18 received email that my order was shipped and I should receive it in 3 days. Very poor customer service.

GBFirst experience was great First experience was great. Now same as everyone else. They charged me and won’t respond to calls or emails. Not sure if someone died over there or what. Super sucks! I hope they can resolve soon

GBI ordered in the past and had no issues… I ordered in the past and had no issues but my orders from August and October were both paid and unfulfilled - I didn’t realize on the first order until after my 2nd when my daughter said she never got the first. They don’t return calls or respond to customer emails.

GBMy first order was shipped and I was… My first order was shipped and I was happy with it. I placed another order and hadn't heard anything about if it shipped after quite a few weeks. I emailed twice asking for an update on my order, but got no response to either email. I then called the customer support number and left a message asking about an update on my order after so many weeks with no delivery. To date no one has returned my call. It's like night and day between my first and second order. Will have to dispute the charge at this point. Pretty disappointing. Bridget
