The agent was concerned it would be too large for our dog given the measurement and weight detail I noted. I took their advice and ordered the recommended Tiny size. We received the package it was the perfect size! Saved me time and frustration.

I have yet to receive my package because it was shipped to the wrong address. Customer service was very helpful, I give them that. But I am upset because I need my order and I may not get it in time for what I need it for!!! How can you sit on the other end of a Computer and determine if I am a Real Trainer and if my dogs are Fully Trained SERVICE DOG'S?
