I received my questionaire from a medical professional within minutes after purchasing their ESA product, only took 15-20 minutes to fill it out and answer questions. I had a response the next day. We were flying with United so I did have to do a couple more steps with my cats veterinarian but afterwards we flew no problem whatsoever!

I have cancer, so I did not rely on website doctors to verify my need for an emotional support companion; I went to my own doctor. This is actually the only thing that bothers me about this process...instead of you providing proof of need, the website provides that proof.

Wish I still had my money and they had their stuff back had to go through PayPal to get complete order. Wish I had my money back. 💔💔

My first order was shipped and I was… My first order was shipped and I was happy with it. I placed another order and hadn't heard anything about if it shipped after quite a few weeks. I emailed twice asking for an update on my order, but got no response to either email. I then called the customer support number and left a message asking about an update on my order after so many weeks with no delivery. To date no one has returned my call. It's like night and day between my first and second order. Will have to dispute the charge at this point. Pretty disappointing. Bridget

The first time I worked with Free My… The first time I worked with Free My Paws they were fabulous. I applied for and received a "service dog letter" When I renewed this year, I had to follow-up multiple times to get the letter email to me after I had paid for it. I have requested hard copies of the package which was emailed to me three times (since I do not have a printer) and I am still waiting......Everyone is very polite, but this time the process has been very slow.
