USVery disappointed in this store Very disappointed in this store. First sold me defective fish, then I followed their policy and within 24 hours mailed them the specimen and water tests. Never heard back. Weeks later, I mailed them request for refund again. They simply are stealing my money. Going to have to file a bank chargeback. If they want to refund me, and resolve this, for an updated they review, they know my complaint and they have a copy of my receipt

USUltra Balance Premium Growth Formula… Ultra Balance Premium Growth Formula Medium Pellet 20 oz is the one i bought. The food smells good however it is too expensive. I bought 6 sachets to be eligible for a free delivery. My only concern is the cost.

USBought 1/10 hp max chiller Bought 1/10 hp max chiller. First hot week hooked chiller up and followed all instructions.Turned on chiller and actually warmed up water. Tried getting support through email because fish were getting very warm and no response after several tries.Was desperate so took chiller apart to see what problem was.One of tubes were cracked and leaked out refrigerate. Lot of money wasted and a very bad experience.

USII phoned mid Friday afternoon to place… II phoned mid Friday afternoon to place an order and they rushed it through so it would ship that day! Which ment i didn't have to wait for a Monday shipment! Thought that was great service!
