Fast resolution I had ordered 2 pumps for a complete replumbing of a new tank I was setting up following the remodel of our house. I did not open the box for some weeks and when I finally did, I found a part missing. I called and was told they would see what they could do. A few days later the part arrived in the mail at no charge. I appreciated the trust Aquatic Warehouse exercised and sending the part as quickly as they did. The only recommendation I would have would have been to call me back to let me know that they were going to send me the part.
