The order was filled quickly and … The order was filled quickly and arrived within a few days however the packaging, and perhaps at no fault of the distributor, was disastrous. it looked like someone had tried to get into the box and when they couldn't fit they sat on it. it was just Dirt so no damage to the product! :) I would still order from you again! :)

Fluval FX6 Canister Filter I gave Aquatic Warehouse 5 stars because they actually read my notes in my order. I asked to please not send me this filter if it is not the most up to date filter. I purchased the FX6 canister filter from Petco off of Ebay and they didn't send me the one that was pictured on the website. When I received it, it was the wrong one. They refused to exchange it. So I just returned it. Thanks to Aquatic Warehouse I received the most up to date FX6 filter and paid $22 less for it. Aquatic Warehouse was quick to respond to me via email and a phone call from Pat assuring me that the FX6 canister filter will be the most up to date filter available. I received my filter within a week of my order. I was able to set up my 300 gallon turtles tank July 1, 2018 with my FX6 Canister Filter. So far I love they way it is working. Thank you Aquatic Warehouse and Pat for being so prompt with your service. I will definitely recommend shopping on your website to anyone.

Ordered 2 ea 100 micron 7” filter socks… Ordered 2 ea 100 micron 7” filter socks to help clean up my tank. After ordering, I decided to add 2 additional socks. I called and spoke to Pat who adjusted my order with no issues. Good product with good customer service. I will be back.
