Very disappointed in this store Very disappointed in this store. First sold me defective fish, then I followed their policy and within 24 hours mailed them the specimen and water tests. Never heard back. Weeks later, I mailed them request for refund again. They simply are stealing my money. Going to have to file a bank chargeback. If they want to refund me, and resolve this, for an updated they review, they know my complaint and they have a copy of my receipt
