I have been a Jewelry Room customer for about two years now and review the website almost every day. I like to see what’s new and unusual. I like the “unusual” and discovering a new piece that hasn’t been mass produced. The designers are very creative. I do wish they would offer more than just one or two sizes when it comes to rings. Some of the necklaces and pendants do include the chain, but many don’t. A complete necklace and/or pendant would be well received from their buyers, I know I would most likely buy more of them. I’d like to add that the pictures on the website do NOT do the pieces justice. They are so much prettier and vibrant once you actually see them. Jewelry Room has always been are very open to suggestions and/or comments. When I’ve had an issue, no matter the type, it has always been resolved.

Fake Item Advertised as real An item advertised as 18k gold tested as gold plated. I reached out to the company for possible recourse and received no response.

Great product I have purchased many items and have been happy with most of them. Only once did they not re-size a ring and said if I sent it back they would do it but I chose not to. I will shop with them again.
