I have multiple purchases thru them and have only had one issue they resolved very quickly...which is more than I can say from some other online sites I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I intent to continue being their customer and hope others have as good an experience as I have had.

Great product I have purchased many items and have been happy with most of them. Only once did they not re-size a ring and said if I sent it back they would do it but I chose not to. I will shop with them again.

I have been a Jewelry Room customer for about two years now and review the website almost every day. I like to see what’s new and unusual. I like the “unusual” and discovering a new piece that hasn’t been mass produced. The designers are very creative. I do wish they would offer more than just one or two sizes when it comes to rings. Some of the necklaces and pendants do include the chain, but many don’t. A complete necklace and/or pendant would be well received from their buyers, I know I would most likely buy more of them. I’d like to add that the pictures on the website do NOT do the pieces justice. They are so much prettier and vibrant once you actually see them. Jewelry Room has always been are very open to suggestions and/or comments. When I’ve had an issue, no matter the type, it has always been resolved.
