Not resolved I I as told I ordered 2 February boxes yet I didn’t. I’ve been a customer for years now and always look forward to receiving my boxes. I have a glass curio cabinet where I display them. Not having one really upsets me.

I’ve had issues with this company.. I’ve had issues with this company before where I bought something that didn’t work immediately. I put that aside bc I loved the pipe style vape battery so much. It lasts longer than any vape battery so I ordered two more. Received a tampered package (not hempers fault) but it took them over a month to finally send me a replacement. When I got the replacements they weren’t the style I recall ordering and also the battery doesn’t work with most of the cartridges I try. Not spending any more money here. Go elsewhere.

They had a replacement in the works within 20 minutes of me sending the email. You've gained a customer for life. I was thinking about canceling my subscription due to limited funds but I'm keeping it indefinitely due to your great customer service.
