GBOverall odd and not great When I sent my initial email, I gave every detail needed to fix the issue. I gave the order number, exactly what product wasn't working...explicit info. However, the response I received clearly showed no one read the actual information I so purposefully included to make this process easier. I was asked to send a picture of the broken glass...but it was not a glass issue. I then explained (again) the vape wouldn't work and I was unsure how a video would help. I was asked to send a video again. I did but explained it made me uncomfortable having a video of me trying to vape because I work in the school system. But also...sending a video to a total stranger is weird and there was no way to not include my face due to the product I was having an issue with. My husband, who works in marketing, also thought it was very odd. I like the website and products but am just kind of thrown off by my customer help experience. I've even told my friends about the site but now...I don't know. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

GBI had an item I wanted to buy and add… I had an item I wanted to buy and add to my next order, for convenience, and shipping. I got a quick response that that wasn’t possible, but gave me a credit towards shipping, and clear instructions on how to use it, so, I not only placed my order immediately, but added to it! Thanks for the great customer service

GBA waste of time Ordered Dec 5 wrong item sent I wanted to return or replace I'm still waiting 30 days later with zero resolution it should not take 30 day Horrible customer service any call I made was hung up on with promises of a call back never happened I WAS a regular customer of Hemper not anymore if this is how its handled I'm disgusted. Save your time and money go elsewhere.

GBmeh. I ordered 4 items- only actually shipped one. It took several emails and over two weeks just for the shipping label to be created on the other 3 items and I only got back a bunch of automated messages.

GBQuick and Helpful I had an issue with my rewards points. I emailed the customer service about it, and received an answer the next day! Not only had the issue been resolved, I was given a few extra points which I greatly appreciated!
