Scam company Scam company. They are really good at convincing banks they did nothing wrong when you try to dispute. They are selling used items and displaying them as new on the website. STAY AWAY FROM THE HEADACHE AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

A recieved a box with a broken item A recieved a box with a broken item. I sent in pictures the second I found it was broken. They had a replacement in the works within 20 minutes of me sending the email. You've gained a customer for life. I was thinking about canceling my subscription due to limited funds but I'm keeping it indefinitely due to your great customer service.

Broken product? No problem I've been a member for the past 8 months. I was thinking of canceling our pausing my membership. And then when my last box came my bong was broken. I reached out to customer support and sent a picture in an email. Never got a response just a replacement already being sent out before I got a reply. That service and common sense to not even have to go back & forth was amazing. I look forward to using my bong when it arrives and I'm ready for next month's box is goodies already.
