GBBroken product? No problem I've been a member for the past 8 months. I was thinking of canceling our pausing my membership. And then when my last box came my bong was broken. I reached out to customer support and sent a picture in an email. Never got a response just a replacement already being sent out before I got a reply. That service and common sense to not even have to go back & forth was amazing. I look forward to using my bong when it arrives and I'm ready for next month's box is goodies already.

GBHorrible Horrible, has been over a week since I ordered my item, messaged them 3 days ago asking for an update and they tell me they don’t have any control over it since it’s from a different warehouse and now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to ship it. Absolutely ridiculous and the fact I sat in a queue to talk to someone and never got a response to then get asked to fill out a survey on my order when they never responded to my email, phone call or live chat. I sat in the live chat for 8 hours with nobody answering me or joining the chat

GBOverall odd and not great When I sent my initial email, I gave every detail needed to fix the issue. I gave the order number, exactly what product wasn't working...explicit info. However, the response I received clearly showed no one read the actual information I so purposefully included to make this process easier. I was asked to send a picture of the broken glass...but it was not a glass issue. I then explained (again) the vape wouldn't work and I was unsure how a video would help. I was asked to send a video again. I did but explained it made me uncomfortable having a video of me trying to vape because I work in the school system. But also...sending a video to a total stranger is weird and there was no way to not include my face due to the product I was having an issue with. My husband, who works in marketing, also thought it was very odd. I like the website and products but am just kind of thrown off by my customer help experience. I've even told my friends about the site but now...I don't know. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

GB10/10 would recommend Had issues originally receiving the package but Dallas with Customer support was very helpful with a response within the day. Through the protection plan, they were able to resolve the issue. The product itself was amazing! We had the XL Camp Out Box. Definitely worth the price and the protection plan. This set has quickly become our favorite!
