I had an item I wanted to buy and add… I had an item I wanted to buy and add to my next order, for convenience, and shipping. I got a quick response that that wasn’t possible, but gave me a credit towards shipping, and clear instructions on how to use it, so, I not only placed my order immediately, but added to it! Thanks for the great customer service

Horrible Horrible, has been over a week since I ordered my item, messaged them 3 days ago asking for an update and they tell me they don’t have any control over it since it’s from a different warehouse and now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to ship it. Absolutely ridiculous and the fact I sat in a queue to talk to someone and never got a response to then get asked to fill out a survey on my order when they never responded to my email, phone call or live chat. I sat in the live chat for 8 hours with nobody answering me or joining the chat

I’ve had issues with this company.. I’ve had issues with this company before where I bought something that didn’t work immediately. I put that aside bc I loved the pipe style vape battery so much. It lasts longer than any vape battery so I ordered two more. Received a tampered package (not hempers fault) but it took them over a month to finally send me a replacement. When I got the replacements they weren’t the style I recall ordering and also the battery doesn’t work with most of the cartridges I try. Not spending any more money here. Go elsewhere.

Quick and Helpful I had an issue with my rewards points. I emailed the customer service about it, and received an answer the next day! Not only had the issue been resolved, I was given a few extra points which I greatly appreciated!
