Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for… Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for Christmas for my boyfriend. The help center link doesnt work and neither does chat. Never recieved confirmation email. I did ask for a returm which then allowed me to cancel my order and i did receive a refund.

The only way to shop!! I love Buyr. For a guy who hates shopping it makes the process fun and exciting. Not only can I spell out exactly what I am looking for but I can choose my price! I haven't received an email… I haven't received an email confirmation and didn't know how else to get communication... Update: I emailed them to let them know my email address was not a typo and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but no such luck...I haven't heard back and my order was canceled for a 3rd time. I wanted the shoes as they are very difficult to find and they keep showing available but obviously are not...not really understanding the concept of their customer service or their business plan...1/25/2024

Dodgy and unprofessional Weeks, months of being told there is an inventory issue after placing an order, and that orders cannot be placed for another 1-2 weeks. Then to just see the date extended over and over again with each attempt. If you guys dont know how to fix something, perhaps remove the items from your site, or better yet, just shut the site down!
