Horrible experience Horrible experience. They advertise merchandise that they claim "they do not have". Makes absolutely no sense. They never send you a confirmation email as they claim. Then they cancel all your items saying they are "out of stock". But then they relist the item for sale!

Easy & Responsive Atop a Great Deal! I mistakenly believed that the price bid was a grand total. Taxes placed the item beyond our budget and I contacted Customer Service. They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! What more could one expect when this quality of service is becoming so increasingly rare? Thanks Buyr.com!!!

Such a great experience! How often do you actually get what is promised in todays world? With BUYR, you do. The customer service is great. This is a great company to work with. I placed an order today 11/7/2023 and… I placed an order today 11/7/2023 and did not get an email of confirmation. As well, the chat link does not work so I cannot speak with anyone. Also, I am trying to add my apartment number to my address and there is no link to update the address. However, there is a link to delete the address. if there is a problem, I expect to hear from someone right away.

Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for… Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for Christmas for my boyfriend. The help center link doesnt work and neither does chat. Never recieved confirmation email. I did ask for a returm which then allowed me to cancel my order and i did receive a refund.
