Maybe if I post on this site they will… Maybe if I post on this site they will respond because they haven’t responded to me as of yet. Why does this company claim they will send you an email after you supposedly purchase something? They have had this problem for months without resolving the issue which is not acceptable. I really want the sweater I ordered so I will give them untill today to respond. I hope this company isnt working off of peoples emotions because they cannot find their items anywhere else. If this is the case, it’s very sad that people do this.

False advertising, poor vendor management Submitted a reasonable bid for a jacket. Then Buyr offered me a bid 20% below the guaranteed price to place the order immediately, which I accepted. Buyr immediately charged me and then the next day said the retailer lied and didn’t have it in stock. 1) Don’t charge my credit card until the product is shipped! 2) Don’t say something is guaranteed if it isn’t!

Hole Saw kit. Hi this is Steve and I recently ordered A Milwaukee hole saw kit.. I experienced problems with the product and the Box that it came in. I reported this to your representative and I am in the process of sending back the product as soon as it's signed in I've been informed that Your company you will send out a new product at once. Dodgy and unprofessional Weeks, months of being told there is an inventory issue after placing an order, and that orders cannot be placed for another 1-2 weeks. Then to just see the date extended over and over again with each attempt. If you guys dont know how to fix something, perhaps remove the items from your site, or better yet, just shut the site down!

Easy & Responsive Atop a Great Deal! I mistakenly believed that the price bid was a grand total. Taxes placed the item beyond our budget and I contacted Customer Service. They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! What more could one expect when this quality of service is becoming so increasingly rare? Thanks Buyr.com!!!
