They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! Dodgy and unprofessional Weeks, months of being told there is an inventory issue after placing an order, and that orders cannot be placed for another 1-2 weeks. Then to just see the date extended over and over again with each attempt. If you guys dont know how to fix something, perhaps remove the items from your site, or better yet, just shut the site down!

I placed an order today 11/7/2023 and… I placed an order today 11/7/2023 and did not get an email of confirmation. As well, the chat link does not work so I cannot speak with anyone. Also, I am trying to add my apartment number to my address and there is no link to update the address. However, there is a link to delete the address. if there is a problem, I expect to hear from someone right away.

Great quality - real deal product with easy shopping experience! It is an easy site to use. The search engine could be more specific, but I found my product easily enough. The pricing wheel is a great tool. I had put in the wrong address at first, but it was super easy to retract the order and re-order it, giving me a high confidence in the money transaction interface.
