Horrible experience Horrible experience. They advertise merchandise that they claim "they do not have". Makes absolutely no sense. They never send you a confirmation email as they claim. Then they cancel all your items saying they are "out of stock". But then they relist the item for sale!

This site is a really great place to… This site is a really great place to buy whatever it is that they offer for sale. It's sort of a combination of Amazon and Priceline and I was able to buy what I was looking for for a lot less than anywhere else. Hopefully they'll continue to increase their inventory to where there won't be anywhere else to look.

Wrong item, but able to return Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.

The only way to shop!! I love Buyr. For a guy who hates shopping it makes the process fun and exciting. Not only can I spell out exactly what I am looking for but I can choose my price! The bidding process makes shopping interesting again!! I have also had success finding the products that my family is looking for and at pricing you cannot beat!! Such a great experience! How often do you actually get what is promised in todays world? With BUYR, you do. The customer service is great. This is a great company to work with. I’ve even considered having them market a product I make after the positive experience I have had being a customer! Five stars all the way!
