Bought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. Bought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. First offer accepted, but was later cancelled because the seller miscounted inventory. Took talking to customer service (very friendly and helpful) to find out why. Day later saw ad still on the website, so made another even lower offer. Accepted and I received the product. New as promised. Shipped last minute.

Dodgy and unprofessional Weeks, months of being told there is an inventory issue after placing an order, and that orders cannot be placed for another 1-2 weeks. Then to just see the date extended over and over again with each attempt. If you guys dont know how to fix something, perhaps remove the items from your site, or better yet, just shut the site down!
