GBI haven't received an email… I haven't received an email confirmation and didn't know how else to get communication... Update: I emailed them to let them know my email address was not a typo and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but no such luck...I haven't heard back and my order was canceled for a 3rd time. I wanted the shoes as they are very difficult to find and they keep showing available but obviously are not...not really understanding the concept of their customer service or their business plan...1/25/2024

GBMaybe if I post on this site they will… Maybe if I post on this site they will respond because they haven’t responded to me as of yet. Why does this company claim they will send you an email after you supposedly purchase something? They have had this problem for months without resolving the issue which is not acceptable. I really want the sweater I ordered so I will give them untill today to respond. I hope this company isnt working off of peoples emotions because they cannot find their items anywhere else. If this is the case, it’s very sad that people do this.

GBHole Saw kit. Hi this is Steve and I recently ordered A Milwaukee hole saw kit.. I experienced problems with the product and the Box that it came in. I reported this to your representative and I am in the process of sending back the product as soon as it's signed in I've been informed that Your company you will send out a new product at once. GBFraudulent site. Ordered a Le Creuset Brasier Indigo 5qt. Was told the sale was accepted and completed only to then be informed that there was an inventory issue and the item was no longer available. That would have been fine except that the item is still listed on the website and indicates that my order was filled. Neither is true. Total false advertising. This site is fraudulent.

GBEasy & Responsive Atop a Great Deal! I mistakenly believed that the price bid was a grand total. Taxes placed the item beyond our budget and I contacted Customer Service. They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! What more could one expect when this quality of service is becoming so increasingly rare? Thanks Buyr.com!!!
