They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! Took talking to customer service (very friendly and helpful) to find out why. Day later saw ad still on the website, so made another even lower offer. Accepted and I received the product. New as promised. Shipped last minute.

Wrong item, but able to return Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.

Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for… Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for Christmas for my boyfriend. The help center link doesnt work and neither does chat. Never recieved confirmation email. I did ask for a returm which then allowed me to cancel my order and i did receive a refund.
