GBEasy & Responsive Atop a Great Deal! I mistakenly believed that the price bid was a grand total. Taxes placed the item beyond our budget and I contacted Customer Service. They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! What more could one expect when this quality of service is becoming so increasingly rare? Thanks Buyr.com!!!

GBThe only way to shop!! I love Buyr. For a guy who hates shopping it makes the process fun and exciting. Not only can I spell out exactly what I am looking for but I can choose my price! The bidding process makes shopping interesting again!! I have also had success finding the products that my family is looking for and at pricing you cannot beat!! GBWrong item, but able to return Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.

GBI haven't received an email… I haven't received an email confirmation and didn't know how else to get communication... Update: I emailed them to let them know my email address was not a typo and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but no such luck...I haven't heard back and my order was canceled for a 3rd time. I wanted the shoes as they are very difficult to find and they keep showing available but obviously are not...not really understanding the concept of their customer service or their business plan...1/25/2024

GBFalse advertising, poor vendor management Submitted a reasonable bid for a jacket. Then Buyr offered me a bid 20% below the guaranteed price to place the order immediately, which I accepted. Buyr immediately charged me and then the next day said the retailer lied and didn’t have it in stock. 1) Don’t charge my credit card until the product is shipped! 2) Don’t say something is guaranteed if it isn’t!
