I haven't received an email… I haven't received an email confirmation and didn't know how else to get communication... Update: I emailed them to let them know my email address was not a typo and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but no such luck...I haven't heard back and my order was canceled for a 3rd time. I wanted the shoes as they are very difficult to find and they keep showing available but obviously are not...not really understanding the concept of their customer service or their business plan...1/25/2024

The only way to shop!! I love Buyr. For a guy who hates shopping it makes the process fun and exciting. Not only can I spell out exactly what I am looking for but I can choose my price! Fraudulent site. Ordered a Le Creuset Brasier Indigo 5qt. Was told the sale was accepted and completed only to then be informed that there was an inventory issue and the item was no longer available. That would have been fine except that the item is still listed on the website and indicates that my order was filled. Neither is true. Total false advertising. This site is fraudulent.

Such a great experience! How often do you actually get what is promised in todays world? With BUYR, you do. The customer service is great. This is a great company to work with. I’ve even considered having them market a product I make after the positive experience I have had being a customer! Five stars all the way!

Horrible experience Horrible experience. They advertise merchandise that they claim "they do not have". Makes absolutely no sense. They never send you a confirmation email as they claim. Then they cancel all your items saying they are "out of stock". But then they relist the item for sale!
