GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. They advertise merchandise that they claim "they do not have". Makes absolutely no sense. They never send you a confirmation email as they claim. Then they cancel all your items saying they are "out of stock". But then they relist the item for sale!

GBSuch a great experience! How often do you actually get what is promised in todays world? With BUYR, you do. The customer service is great. This is a great company to work with. I’ve even considered having them market a product I make after the positive experience I have had being a customer! Five stars all the way!

GBI haven't received an email… I haven't received an email confirmation and didn't know how else to get communication... Update: I emailed them to let them know my email address was not a typo and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but no such luck...I haven't heard back and my order was canceled for a 3rd time. I wanted the shoes as they are very difficult to find and they keep showing available but obviously are not...not really understanding the concept of their customer service or their business plan...1/25/2024
