GBWrong item, but able to return Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.

GBGreat quality - real deal product with easy shopping experience! It is an easy site to use. The search engine could be more specific, but I found my product easily enough. The pricing wheel is a great tool. I had put in the wrong address at first, but it was super easy to retract the order and re-order it, giving me a high confidence in the money transaction interface.

GBBought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. Bought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. First offer accepted, but was later cancelled because the seller miscounted inventory. Took talking to customer service (very friendly and helpful) to find out why. Day later saw ad still on the website, so made another even lower offer. Accepted and I received the product. New as promised. Shipped last minute.

GBPLEASE READ THIS!! PLEASE READ THIS!!! It's bad enough that they didn't have the very first item I tried to buy, AFTER confirming it and charging me.... But this is a LOT fishier than I originally thought. I'm sure this will get explained away with some B S excuse. The woman "Piper Williams/Support Team/Buyr.com" that emailed me has a profile picture of herself when you click on the support page.... HOWEVER, that's a stolen image from the following website. START WEBSITE (https: //www .premiereyedoctors. com/eyeglasses /eye-glasses-guide-and-frames-basics/lens-options-for-eyeglasses/) END You'll have to take the spaces out... "Can't post a web address... Watch me It's the 3rd or 4th picture down with the woman's hand on her face and head tilted at a 45 sideways. Seems like a scam to me... ***RESPONSE*** Paragraphs of excuses and retorts to end it with, "we hate disappointing customer" and "we hope/wish/pray blah blah". Give me a second to let the sincerity waft over me. Doxxing is posting a real person's info/picture, not a fake one, and as you so aptly pointed out, it's not real..... If you were worried about that, why use content from one of your customer's private emails? Seems like you're not practicing what you preach??? BTW, I asked for a discount (50%) on a cheaper item than I had ordered. Typically, giving a price break on a mistake that was yours to own to further business with a customer, to create more revenue in the future, which gains the company more business from said customer, is pretty 101 for smart businesses. Might be the reason you're having so many issues keep customers. (I'm sure you'll try to flag this too, just like you did on the first one) :)
