Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for… Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for Christmas for my boyfriend. The help center link doesnt work and neither does chat. Never recieved confirmation email. I did ask for a returm which then allowed me to cancel my order and i did receive a refund.

Fraudulent site. Ordered a Le Creuset Brasier Indigo 5qt. Was told the sale was accepted and completed only to then be informed that there was an inventory issue and the item was no longer available. That would have been fine except that the item is still listed on the website and indicates that my order was filled. Neither is true. Total false advertising. This site is fraudulent.

Easy & Responsive Atop a Great Deal! I mistakenly believed that the price bid was a grand total. Taxes placed the item beyond our budget and I contacted Customer Service. They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! I placed an order today 11/7/2023 and… I placed an order today 11/7/2023 and did not get an email of confirmation. As well, the chat link does not work so I cannot speak with anyone. Also, I am trying to add my apartment number to my address and there is no link to update the address. However, there is a link to delete the address. if there is a problem, I expect to hear from someone right away.
