Fraudulent site. Ordered a Le Creuset Brasier Indigo 5qt. Was told the sale was accepted and completed only to then be informed that there was an inventory issue and the item was no longer available. That would have been fine except that the item is still listed on the website and indicates that my order was filled. Neither is true. Total false advertising. This site is fraudulent.

I never heard of this site before and I… I never heard of this site before and I pretty much rolled the dice to see if it was really legit or not. I wanted these certain paige jeans (fairmont), but they were out of stock on other sites, and this was the only place that had it in stock. It's pretty much like ebay you make an offer they either accept/compromise the price. Nice experience overall the only thing is the shipping took a week for me, but when I contacted them they had it shipped the same day, so to come to a conclusion I'd definitely recommend this site.

Hole Saw kit. Hi this is Steve and I recently ordered A Milwaukee hole saw kit.. I experienced problems with the product and the Box that it came in. I reported this to your representative and I am in the process of sending back the product as soon as it's signed in I've been informed that Your company you will send out a new product at once. Maybe if I post on this site they will… Maybe if I post on this site they will respond because they haven’t responded to me as of yet. Why does this company claim they will send you an email after you supposedly purchase something? They have had this problem for months without resolving the issue which is not acceptable. I really want the sweater I ordered so I will give them untill today to respond. I hope this company isnt working off of peoples emotions because they cannot find their items anywhere else. If this is the case, it’s very sad that people do this.

Wrong item, but able to return Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.
