Easy & Responsive Atop a Great Deal! I mistakenly believed that the price bid was a grand total. Taxes placed the item beyond our budget and I contacted Customer Service. They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item! Wrong item, but able to return Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.

Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for… Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for Christmas for my boyfriend. The help center link doesnt work and neither does chat. Never recieved confirmation email. I did ask for a returm which then allowed me to cancel my order and i did receive a refund.
