GBWrong item, but able to return Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.

GBBought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. Bought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. First offer accepted, but was later cancelled because the seller miscounted inventory. Took talking to customer service (very friendly and helpful) to find out why. Day later saw ad still on the website, so made another even lower offer. Accepted and I received the product. New as promised. Shipped last minute.

GBDodgy and unprofessional Weeks, months of being told there is an inventory issue after placing an order, and that orders cannot be placed for another 1-2 weeks. Then to just see the date extended over and over again with each attempt. If you guys dont know how to fix something, perhaps remove the items from your site, or better yet, just shut the site down!
