Horrible experience Horrible experience. They advertise merchandise that they claim "they do not have". Makes absolutely no sense. They never send you a confirmation email as they claim. Then they cancel all your items saying they are "out of stock". But then they relist the item for sale!

Fraudulent site. Ordered a Le Creuset Brasier Indigo 5qt. Was told the sale was accepted and completed only to then be informed that there was an inventory issue and the item was no longer available. That would have been fine except that the item is still listed on the website and indicates that my order was filled. Neither is true. Total false advertising. This site is fraudulent.

I reported this to your representative and I am in the process of sending back the product as soon as it's signed in I've been informed that Your company you will send out a new product at once. Bought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. Bought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. First offer accepted, but was later cancelled because the seller miscounted inventory. Took talking to customer service (very friendly and helpful) to find out why. Day later saw ad still on the website, so made another even lower offer. Accepted and I received the product. New as promised. Shipped last minute.
