I reported this to your representative and I am in the process of sending back the product as soon as it's signed in I've been informed that Your company you will send out a new product at once. Dodgy and unprofessional Weeks, months of being told there is an inventory issue after placing an order, and that orders cannot be placed for another 1-2 weeks. Then to just see the date extended over and over again with each attempt. If you guys dont know how to fix something, perhaps remove the items from your site, or better yet, just shut the site down!

Took talking to customer service (very friendly and helpful) to find out why. Day later saw ad still on the website, so made another even lower offer. Accepted and I received the product. New as promised. Shipped last minute.

I never heard of this site before and I… I never heard of this site before and I pretty much rolled the dice to see if it was really legit or not. I wanted these certain paige jeans (fairmont), but they were out of stock on other sites, and this was the only place that had it in stock. It's pretty much like ebay you make an offer they either accept/compromise the price. Nice experience overall the only thing is the shipping took a week for me, but when I contacted them they had it shipped the same day, so to come to a conclusion I'd definitely recommend this site.

I haven't received an email… I haven't received an email confirmation and didn't know how else to get communication... Update: I emailed them to let them know my email address was not a typo and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but no such luck...I haven't heard back and my order was canceled for a 3rd time. I wanted the shoes as they are very difficult to find and they keep showing available but obviously are not...not really understanding the concept of their customer service or their business plan...1/25/2024
