GBLovely products , poor shipping The order was to be shipped directly to my friend’s home , instead it was shipped to my home . The packing box used was too small - the soft cover book had to be bent to fit in the box. I had to put in under a heavy object for more than 24 hours to flatten again. There were no updates to the tracking site after 12/26. The package didn’t get to my post office for more than a week after that . The incense containers were damaged because there was no padding or cushioning in the cardboard box to keep them from getting bumped around. Thank you

THatrocious customer service! The website makes it easy to order. After that, good luck. I placed my order almost two weeks ago. I’ve been asking for shipment status and still have received no information. The link I was initially sent with shipment tracking info yielded nothing. Just a blank screen. Someone replied to my initial inquiry indicating I’d receive a reply subsequently on my shipment status - nothing. I’d rate the customer service as abysmal. Here’s a tip Druksell - when you inform a customer that they shall receive follow up in a specific time frame - it’s a good policy to take action on what you committed to doing!

GBI have not received my order I have not received my order. Druksell's confirmation wrote I would receive a notification of the shipment. That notification of shipment has not yet occurred and it is now 2 months later. Needless to say the items have not yet arrived. Please let me know the status of my order, specifically whether it has been shipped or not.
