atrocious customer service! The website makes it easy to order. After that, good luck. I placed my order almost two weeks ago. I’ve been asking for shipment status and still have received no information. The link I was initially sent with shipment tracking info yielded nothing. Just a blank screen. Someone replied to my initial inquiry indicating I’d receive a reply subsequently on my shipment status - nothing. I’d rate the customer service as abysmal. Here’s a tip Druksell - when you inform a customer that they shall receive follow up in a specific time frame - it’s a good policy to take action on what you committed to doing!

Shocking Shocking, I placed an order and paid for an order which I have never received. When I followed up on the order I was informed if I paid a further US$30 it would be sent via a certain transportation, however, I paid for postage in the original order and refuse to pay extra and have no guarantee I will then receive the goods. I decided not to make a further payment and have never received my order or any other form of communication, other than the emails generated my end. Diane Collins
