The wrong power brick was sent The wrong power brick was sent. I ordered the PD + USB 3.0 but was sent the PD only power brick. Also, it seems like their shipping dept is very slow. Label was printed and 4-5 days later, USPS received it so shipping was slow. Product is good but not as useful since I also need the USB plug option so I’m now limited.

It's a good product but needs to be… It's a good product but needs to be shipped better. Any type of padding would be nice. The boxes come dented from being dropped and banged around during transport.
