DKUser beware - no cashback from this site So I used the portal to book 2 Hilton stays in March 2023 for 2 stays in June and July 2023. The stays weren't registered and I wrote to Hoopla Doopla for help. They replied on August 31 saying that they passed the cases to Hilton and they will get back to me. Now it's October and they are completely silent. If I don't hear from them within a week I'll take the case to BBB because this is absolutely unacceptable. I use multiple cashback portals and the others are really good at tracking (I use firefox for my cashback purchases and I always check before using a particular cashback provider). Until this mess is resolved, I'm not recommending anyone using this site.

GBEDITED-Not fraud looking anymore Definitely looks like a fraud. I made purchases from Aliexpress but none showed up. CS does not seem to care. Avoid this at all cost. EDIT 1: Customer service contacted back and now I see my cashback after going back and forth over emails. Thank you!

GBNo communication at all - took my cashback Ordered a big purchase from a retailer via hoopladoopla and created an account through a referral. Neither the referral bonus or the cashback from the retailer was processed. It has been 3 weeks since and there has been no response back or update form HooplaDoopla. Avoid this company if you don't want a headache.

GBNo cashback, stay away This company used to give cashback but not anymore. None of my transactions are tracking lately. Last confirmed cashback was on July 20,2023. An Office Depot purchase made on 10/01/23 never tracked. I submitted a ticket on 10/08/23, the submission was acknowledged by Hoopla Doopla, and I never heard from them since then. Another Office Depot purchase made on 10/03/23 never tracked. I submitted a ticket on 10/17/23, then I received an email on 01/25/24 confirming that the purchase was approved and I will see the cashback in my account in 24-48 hours. Cashback never appeared in my account. There was no response to my inquiries since then. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company.

GBThey don't pay cashback Edit: I stand by my original review of this merchant . I have provide documentation of the completed transaction to Network solution , I have not reversed the transaction with Network Solutions , so please advise of the reason for the reversal . After 6 months of waiting I emailed them, yet to get a response after magically my money disappeared as soon it's was time to pay up. I have emailed several times and it seems they have gone silent Edit: so according to they're team there us nothing to pay after it was reversed so conveniently when you had 6 months to reverse the payment you only do so when I ask for my money and they start the blabbering about the other stuff to divert away from the main issue and as soon as I send receipts no response ,convenient aint it. Also according to their response network solutions reversed to payment with absolutely no proof. If no reasonable response is given I will be taking this scam to the BBB
