GBWorst shaver ever Bought the Lawnmower 5.0 and it is literally the worst shaver you can buy. It pulls and catches hair more than it cuts and especially at this price point would expected way way way better. Company is a total scam, don't waste your money. Go with a reputable company.

DKProduct and Customer Support is A++ Great product. The best I have used. However, what really impressed me was the costumer support - WOW. I lost my charging cable so in accordance with their homepage I contacted Manscaped´s customer support. I wrote during the weekend, however, minutes later I received feedback - I just needed to provide my adress and they free of charge would ship me another charging cable. One week later and the cable just arrived. Wow.

ZAWhere’s my shaver? Ordered a Premium package a month ago, still waiting………….Nothing but blame shifting from customer service. 15/01/2024 Package finally arrived, very happy with the product itself. Good build quality and nicely packaged. Just hope orders get processed more efficiently when I order replacement parts.

GBAwful experience Awful experience. Ordered products worth £200 with next day delivery. Was told that next day delivery doesn’t really mean that and that it takes 1-3 days to process an order. So they refunded me £20. Then nothing. Silence. Just happily taking my £180 and refusing the cancel because the order has been sent to the warehouse. Complaining gets you nowhere because they simply refuse to be reasonable or have systems in place that allow you to do whatever every other commercial company can do which is cancel orders and refund when they have messed up. The process to return the products is so overly convoluted that no one is doing it to get the refund and by the sounds of other reviews the products are not great anyway. I have contacted my bank to have them take action to get my money back. This feels like a scam.
